Had a wade through. She was streaming and in good spirits 8 hours ago (local time: ~20:00), and finished about 6 hours ago (local time: ~22:00).

The ironic thing about reading all this is that there really is a way for her to get someone responsible to take over her medical care for a while: A voluntary psychiatric hold.

I don't mean to PL too much here, but she wouldn't qualify for a voluntary hold. She could check herself into a private facility, but she'd be on the hook to pay for it. Just being suicidal isnt enough; you have to basically be actively attempting or have a very organized plan. If she tried to get a hold placed on her right now, they'd just "safety plan" with her and send her home.
