Because he originally was a VRChat mute in 2019, then he grew as a vtuber but mantained the mute aspect, later he added the TTS for simplicity since writing every time he has to express himself was tiring & impractical. Oh and most VRChat mutes are males in a female avatar, so just sayin'.

If the theory that youtube fudges the CCV numbers on some streams is true, and Polls indicate the true amount of viewership, then Pippa apparently at some point or another had over 1800 views on her Anniversary stream part 2, not bad for the yabbit

The poll number doesn't exactly represent CCV, because driveby votes stay, but then again, not everyone clicks on it either way. But within a minute or two of the poll being posted it hit around 1k, so there's at least that many people.
