Maybe people need to take a page from the anti-abortion protestors' playbook (who show pictures of the results of an abortion as well as what a fetus looks like) and show grooming victims pictures of what these surgeries actually are and what the opposite sex actually looks like. Most of the people featured in this thread have no clue what the surgeries are, and a lot of the posters of results post a picture immediately after surgery and then never again, which leads the naĆÆve assume that it healed into a perfect organ. They are also mostly virgins who have never seen the opposite sex naked outside of porn.
Showing a girl a photo a real penis and a fully healed "phallo", and tell her that no gay man/straight woman will ever think that baloney can is a penis. Same thing with showing boys photos of real breasts and vaginas and comparing them to the floppy fat things and gaping wounds that troons have. The important thing is to cherry pick the "best" results, not the worst, because if all you do is show them the absolutely most horrible butcher jobs, all the cult needs to do to bring them back into the fold is to show them a "better" result and promise them that the bad results are rare.
One thing that makes me doubt this idea is that double mastectomy scars obviously look nothing like a man's chest (and girls start off with flat chests, so they should know this), yet they get their breasts chopped off anyways.
Neurology research has shown that in a human brain, dopamine levels can rise and stay elevated when focusing on an expectation/outcome, drops sharply when expectations aren't met, and it can go much, much lower than baseline normal when expectations are not only not met, but things turn out worse than anticipated.A good part of being healthy is psychological well-being.
The fact that the troon lifestyle is a slippery slope to unrealistic expectations and disappointments, on top of too many unnecessary surgeries and troon related medical issues, probably lobs half a decade or more off their life.
Just look at the troon looking forward to her meat-sausage operation. Sheās for all practical purposes expecting to get an actual penis.
Nobody has told her that she wonāt have a lot of sensation in it: Itāll be placed wrong and look like an abomination, will never be able to ejaculate. Sex will either require more operations or extensive preparations or both. Heck, she wonāt even be able to pee out of it, unless all of the complicated surgeries go off without a hitch.
Itās a recipe for depression and crushed expectations.
But hey, sheās valid! UwU!
I appreciate your insight, taco freak.Sorry for the sperg but I do appreciate you, crazy asshats of Kiwi Farms.

This probably explains a lot of the permanent depression/amotivational arc we see in a lot of them post-surgery, especially if they had dopaminergic dysfunction in the first place (ADHD, drug abuse, porn addiction, etc).
Neurologically speaking, people who get transgender surgeries in the current climate of fake "informed consent" have a very, very large probability of mentally traumatizing themselves in a way that is nearly impossible to heal and takes most of the meaning and joy out of existence.
Try finding the motivation, will to live and self-esteem for wound care, endless prescriptions and doctor visits, intractable pain that keeps you from eating, and cleaning up after you piss all over yourself five times a day - with no dopamine. I've worked with these patients. There's so little to say to them because who wouldn't want to fucking kill themselves in that situation? All of our brains are primed for that response. It's almost like these doctors and surgeons that lie, know exactly how to manipulate a mind so that they are too destroyed to get justice afterwards.
Edit: I literally can't talk about what I experienced in my last career anywhere but here. I've been told I'm hateful by therapists, too dark by friends, and a bigot anywhere else on the internet. I've been able to vent the horror I feel over it here and feel like somewhere, there are other humans who are tired of all this crazy suffering. Sorry for the sperg but I do appreciate you, crazy asshats of Kiwi Farms.
Dude can you imagine how much worse it would be to shave them. Fucking spike wangu/aidenjosiahhh has posted about their hairy baloney.

I thought it was an amputated arm at first.

Also, why the fuck do they never shave them? Are they all virgins who think real men have hairy wangs? Are the just lazy? It actually quite rare to see a picture on r/phallo of a hairless one.
It must be absolutely shit to live as a post op troon. I would agree. A big thing is the cute-sification of becoming a troon/tif in the media. Tumblr was the old school way, now its Twitter, Tiktok and some MSM. Colorful graphics like this look appealing to a mentally ill person but there is nothing 'cute' about an elective double mastectomy. Same goes for axe-wound holes and quasi-penis'. They don't really tell you about the bleeding, nerve loss, regret, point of no return, lack of sex after doing all this to yourself.Maybe people need to take a page from the anti-abortion protestors' playbook (who show pictures of the results of an abortion as well as what a fetus looks like) and show grooming victims pictures of what these surgeries actually are and what the opposite sex actually looks like. How they gonna call 10% of people losing their nipples extremely uncommon?I would agree. A big thing is the cute-sification of becoming a troon/tif in the media. I want to point out that the amount of trans people currently in the US according to latest statics is 0.5% of adults. Thats a little above the population of people suffering from schizophrenia (0.4) and above bipolar (0.6) disorders. I don't see the American public celebrating or calling for 'visibility' for either of those mental illnesses. I would assume part of the reason is because they are so destructive and tragic. The representation of troons is so overblown and should not be encouraged, yet here we are. The more people who see the medical and surgical horrors the better.
That's the most feminine art style and handwriting they could've possibly used. There's even a cute little smiley at the end. Very manly, my dude kings.I would agree. It's like they're not even trying or just have no idea how men behave. Before I deactivated my Twitter account, I had an Ayden (yes, that was the name, the jokes write themselves) follow me. Talking about how gay they were all the time, but absolutely everything they posted and wrote unmistakably screamed female. But sure, live out your yaoi fantasy in rl. That rotting skin sausage is absolutely the same as the drawn cocks in your anime porn. That's the most feminine art style and handwriting they could've possibly used. that's the rarest pepe.
There's an archive of r/itsafetish at itsafetish.org and the r/gendercritical mods started ovarit.com.@Fapcop are any of the old subs like itsafetish or gendercrirical archived somewhere particular? Iād like to peruse some of the Come to Terfus moments
Reduced life span, increased cancer and cardiovascular risk from hormones. Prone to UTIs, which are a nuisance when youāre young but a killer when youāre elderly. Prone to infections. Massively reduced bone density, hip and femur fractures, spinal issues like kyphosis.
Very difficult to perform personal care on like washing and hygiene.
Then imagine a patient who is elderly, has dementia and who forgot They had SRS. You get patients who tragically relive the death of a spouse for example daily as they forgot they died. Thatās an awful thing to go through, bad enough to even witness. Youāre going to have a population of demented elderly who are in severe distress, and have significant health issues.

Before we actually saw the results, even we in this thread were speculating that it may yield better results because it is using local skin, and is also being derived from well-established plastic surgery techniques that have been used since the Civil War to reconstruct horrifying facial injuries to a surprising degree of passability. Theoretically, it is a much more medically sound procedure. However, reality is often disappointing (for the Gaydens, itās pretty hilarious for us).Ok, so I'm officially caught up on this thread. Can someone please explain why some FTMs opt for delayed abdominal phalloplasty? The results are way uglier than arm and thigh bolognas and seem to require more surgeries just to get it into a somewhat correct position. I've read some FTMs saying the scarring is less prominent, but that couldn't possibly be the only reason? Right?
Because the people who perform these don't give a single shit. How they gonna call 10% of people losing their nipples extremely uncommon?

And the ones who opt for no nipples at all.. thatās a whole extra jump of weird I woudl love to have more information about to analyse the psychology of.
The one poor rod I know, is super skinny and the nipples were put on so stupid, they look cross eyed. They are like three and a half inches apart from each other, thatās not even an exaggeration.
I wonāt post a picture cos itās harsh but yeah, absolute idiocy on the surgeons part. Idk if it was NHS or private but.. I donāt know how you can do such a shit job
I like the yellow bulbs growing on her outer labia. It's a good look.u/logxanx is a new person on my watchlist.

This will be there 3rd stricture repair attempt. It's been almost a year since her initial phalloplasty. :/
Did she have any other complications?
Anyway here's her gross body in full viewView attachment 3416754 This was before the 1st attempt at repairing the stricture.
