Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

  • šŸ• I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Maybe people need to take a page from the anti-abortion protestors' playbook (who show pictures of the results of an abortion as well as what a fetus looks like) and show grooming victims pictures of what these surgeries actually are and what the opposite sex actually looks like. Most of the people featured in this thread have no clue what the surgeries are, and a lot of the posters of results post a picture immediately after surgery and then never again, which leads the naĆÆve assume that it healed into a perfect organ. They are also mostly virgins who have never seen the opposite sex naked outside of porn.

Showing a girl a photo a real penis and a fully healed "phallo", and tell her that no gay man/straight woman will ever think that baloney can is a penis. Same thing with showing boys photos of real breasts and vaginas and comparing them to the floppy fat things and gaping wounds that troons have. The important thing is to cherry pick the "best" results, not the worst, because if all you do is show them the absolutely most horrible butcher jobs, all the cult needs to do to bring them back into the fold is to show them a "better" result and promise them that the bad results are rare.

One thing that makes me doubt this idea is that double mastectomy scars obviously look nothing like a man's chest (and girls start off with flat chests, so they should know this), yet they get their breasts chopped off anyways.

Yup. Troons have managed to inject an awfully large amount of misinformation into the public. Like: ā€œnot even doctors can tell the difference!ā€

Many people have this idea of troons all being medically transitioned (after extensive therapy!) totally normal people who just happen to be ā€œborn in the wrong bodyā€.

The fact that the shrieking lunatics on Twitter aren’t mentally ill but actually represent a significant part of troondom, is a bit of of a surprise for many.

As is the fact that your average troon is a 6 foot tall, cock owner who are 100% male socialized, and is aggressively ā€œlesbianā€.

When they still allowed wrongspeak on Reddit and you had subs like gendercritical, almost every single new member introduced themselves with a: ā€œI used to be strongly in favor of trans rights and inclusion. Until I met an MTF IRLā€-post.

A good part of being healthy is psychological well-being.

The fact that the troon lifestyle is a slippery slope to unrealistic expectations and disappointments, on top of too many unnecessary surgeries and troon related medical issues, probably lobs half a decade or more off their life.

Just look at the troon looking forward to her meat-sausage operation. She’s for all practical purposes expecting to get an actual penis.

Nobody has told her that she won’t have a lot of sensation in it: It’ll be placed wrong and look like an abomination, will never be able to ejaculate. Sex will either require more operations or extensive preparations or both. Heck, she won’t even be able to pee out of it, unless all of the complicated surgeries go off without a hitch.

It’s a recipe for depression and crushed expectations.

But hey, she’s valid! UwU!
Neurology research has shown that in a human brain, dopamine levels can rise and stay elevated when focusing on an expectation/outcome, drops sharply when expectations aren't met, and it can go much, much lower than baseline normal when expectations are not only not met, but things turn out worse than anticipated.

This probably explains a lot of the permanent depression/amotivational arc we see in a lot of them post-surgery, especially if they had dopaminergic dysfunction in the first place (ADHD, drug abuse, porn addiction, etc).

Neurologically speaking, people who get transgender surgeries in the current climate of fake "informed consent" have a very, very large probability of mentally traumatizing themselves in a way that is nearly impossible to heal and takes most of the meaning and joy out of existence.

Try finding the motivation, will to live and self-esteem for wound care, endless prescriptions and doctor visits, intractable pain that keeps you from eating, and cleaning up after you piss all over yourself five times a day - with no dopamine. I've worked with these patients. There's so little to say to them because who wouldn't want to fucking kill themselves in that situation? All of our brains are primed for that response. It's almost like these doctors and surgeons that lie, know exactly how to manipulate a mind so that they are too destroyed to get justice afterwards.

Edit: I literally can't talk about what I experienced in my last career anywhere but here. I've been told I'm hateful by therapists, too dark by friends, and a bigot anywhere else on the internet. I've been able to vent the horror I feel over it here and feel like somewhere, there are other humans who are tired of all this crazy suffering. Sorry for the sperg but I do appreciate you, crazy asshats of Kiwi Farms.

I appreciate your insight, taco freak.

Read a mother’s blog today about her son who trooned out and killed himself. She dutifully says she and her.
I thought about posting it but she doesn’t need that shit flying her way. She had to cut him down from the noose.
But she does talk about his lifelong insane long tantrums, shouting for hours, acting like every tiny thing is a huge deal, threatening to kill himself, and how she thinks he had Histrionic Personality Disorder.
Made me wonder what in our society (modern, first world culture) is creating these broken children.

Another part is probably the dopamine hit from asspats online (Hey, laugh all you want, but there’s a reason people keep clicking refresh on Reddit/Twitter/Instagram) the porn high (ā€œgender euphoriaā€) they get from their fetish and all the little rushes they get as they sit and fantasize about how they’ll look post surgery, etc.

They’re chasing the dopamine dragon just like any heroin addict, with ever diminishing returns and a higher and a higher price in terms of mental and physical health.

I thought it was an amputated arm at first.

Also, why the fuck do they never shave them? Are they all virgins who think real men have hairy wangs? Are the just lazy? It actually quite rare to see a picture on r/phallo of a hairless one.
Dude can you imagine how much worse it would be to shave them. Fucking spike wang

It must be absolutely shit to live as a post op troon. Only half a decade off their life span is extremely 🌈.

Think what’s it’s like when you have a slight medical problem- a sore back or toothache or what fucking ever, doesn’t need to be agony, just a niggling annoyance-

And when it is a touch more serious, the mental space and time it takes up of contending with medical treatment, appointments.. when it’s soemthing at the very core of your function as a human- for example, pissing, from your purposely fucked genitals- the mess, the endlessness of it.. not to mention all the shattered dreams.

Just the nitty gritty lack of function - and with the horizon promising only more of this, worse and worse.. yeah, tap out time.

It’s bad enough with any chronic problem let alone one you feel fooled into, that you blame yourself for choosing, and that everyone else in your precious community minimises by saying your account is fake and you witness constant propaganda to lure more fools into getting…

But yeah, post op suicide is TOTES because of ā€œtransphobic societyā€
Like in what way do they profess that transphobia actually has a day to day effect?
Occasionally getting ā€œmisgenderedā€ and then an apology and correction, if someone doesn’t get a proper look at you, the same way as happens to tall women, dykes, slight guys with long hair?

ā€˜Transphobic’ family- the ones you were encouraged to cut off like a cult, of course shouldn’t be an issue, as they are un personed subhumans!
But maybe having to self censor and not be able to talk about your debilitating, humiliating problems honestly with your new ā€œchosen familyā€, combined with the utter grind of having a fucked up plumbing system and a joke of a body, that would probably do it.

@Fapcop are any of the old subs like itsafetish or gendercrirical archived somewhere particular? I’d like to peruse some of the Come to Terfus moments

I would agree. A big thing is the cute-sification of becoming a troon/tif in the media. Tumblr was the old school way, now its Twitter, Tiktok and some MSM. Colorful graphics like this look appealing to a mentally ill person but there is nothing 'cute' about an elective double mastectomy. Same goes for axe-wound holes and quasi-penis'. They don't really tell you about the bleeding, nerve loss, regret, point of no return, lack of sex after doing all this to yourself.

I want to point out that the amount of trans people currently in the US according to latest statics is 0.5% of adults. Thats a little above the population of people suffering from schizophrenia (0.4) and above bipolar (0.6) disorders. I don't see the American public celebrating or calling for 'visibility' for either of those mental illnesses. I would assume part of the reason is because they are so destructive and tragic. The representation of troons is so overblown and should not be encouraged, yet here we are. The more people who see the medical and surgical horrors the better.

How they gonna call 10% of people losing their nipples extremely uncommon?
Tf?

And the ones who opt for no nipples at all.. that’s a whole extra jump of weird I woudl love to have more information about to analyse the psychology of.

The one poor TiF I know, is super skinny and the nipples were put on so stupid, they look cross eyed. They are like three and a half inches apart from each other, that’s not even an exaggeration.

I won’t post a picture cos it’s harsh but yeah, absolute idiocy on the surgeons part. Idk if it was NHS or private but.. I don’t know how you can do such a shit job

That's the most feminine art style and handwriting they could've possibly used. There's even a cute little smiley at the end. Very manly, my dude kings.

It's like they're not even trying or just have no idea how men behave. Before I deactivated my Twitter account, I had an Ayden (yes, that was the name, the jokes write themselves) follow me. Talking about how gay they were all the time, but absolutely everything they posted and wrote unmistakably screamed female. But sure, live out your yaoi fantasy in rl. That rotting skin sausage is absolutely the same as the drawn cocks in your anime porn.

Reduced life span, increased cancer and cardiovascular risk from hormones. Prone to UTIs, which are a nuisance when you’re young but a killer when you’re elderly. Prone to infections. Massively reduced bone density, hip and femur fractures, spinal issues like kyphosis.
Very difficult to perform personal care on like washing and hygiene.
Then imagine a patient who is elderly, has dementia and who forgot They had SRS. You get patients who tragically relive the death of a spouse for example daily as they forgot they died. That’s an awful thing to go through, bad enough to even witness. You’re going to have a population of demented elderly who are in severe distress, and have significant health issues.

Some clinicians now recommend playing along with dementia patients to ease the trauma on everyone involved- "yes that's right, your husband is away in Korea, let's check the mail and see if he's sent a letter." But if someone wakes up to find their privates have been sawed off entirely I can't think of any way to do even that.

How they gonna call 10% of people losing their nipples extremely uncommon?

People who have generally been lucky and well are absolute shit at comprehending statistics in a medical context.

1 in ten is a common complication- be worried. Something that happens to 1 in 100- you have almost certainly met someone in your life who has this problem. Yet 10% sounds like nbd to people who haven't come head on with human frailty and mortality. I don't know why. I see it all the time though.

And yet they will obsess dramatically over things with odds of less than 1 in ten thousand if it's emotionally resonant.

I don't know, I like my cocks like Kristen Stewart's acting, broad and extremely stiff.

Ok, so I'm officially caught up on this thread. Can someone please explain why some FTMs opt for delayed abdominal phalloplasty? The results are way uglier than arm and thigh bolognas and seem to require more surgeries just to get it into a somewhat correct position. I've read some FTMs saying the scarring is less prominent, but that couldn't possibly be the only reason? Right?
Before we actually saw the results, even we in this thread were speculating that it may yield better results because it is using local skin, and is also being derived from well-established plastic surgery techniques that have been used since the Civil War to reconstruct horrifying facial injuries to a surprising degree of passability. Theoretically, it is a much more medically sound procedure. However, reality is often disappointing (for the Gaydens, it’s pretty hilarious for us).

Because the people who perform these don't give a single shit.

This will be there 3rd stricture repair attempt. It's been almost a year since her initial phalloplasty. :/
Did she have any other complications?

This was before the 1st attempt at repairing the stricture.

Also, that top surgery is really bad. Why did the surgeon put her nips so low?
