Prison Letters (6/13/22) - New Chris Jail Letter to Helena - Bella was possessed by demons and had a "pedo scheme", Helena attempted to collaborate with Chris as he's creating a new book, Soul Bonding is now just holding hands

Unless I'm missing something big (quite possible via omission neglect by Chris or letter transcription), I just don't see anyway he sees the inside of the Temple again legally with maybe the exception of a supervised visit to collect his junk.

Chris sets 14BC on fire with himself inside so he can go with it to CWCville.

Funny how Chris keeps saying the merge is complete, but then immediately says that it's still in progress and taking a while. IIRC this is at least the third time he's said something like this, with the first being when he was the first jail letter we got ("the merge is literally completed and concluding"). I know autism is a hell of a drug, but it takes some real lunacy to contradict the statement you made two words ago.
That’s just giving Chris a lot of credit considering I don’t think he’d remember considering his current predicament and the fact he doesn’t have anything to remember what he said by. Chris’s narrative changes time to time, you can literally sway him if you say the right things to him.

The question is why? Why keep a money pit that she can't return to? I know in some areas (mine for example), rates and taxes do not stop on empty properties.
People already mentioned they might be holding it for eventual resale, which I agree with. It may also not be legal to sell it since Barb is still alive and they don't have the power to overrule her since it's her name on the deed or whatever.

But no way in hell they're going to keep 14BC any longer than they have to.
A legion of weens is out there self-doxxing and dumpster diving on the daily, and we still don't have concrete info on Chris's honor roll status.

We have his report cards which certifiably prove he was an idiot and wouldn't have qualified. Conversely, the actual value of the Honor Roll decorum probably was a couple of bucks at most, so in conjunction with how we know MHS was just trying to get the Chandlers out of the school system I would guess they gave him the sash and stuff just to keep him happy for the last day they would ever have to fucking deal with him and his parents. Not that it stopped Chris from having a terrible day because of his overblown entitlement to things even he damn well knew he didn't deserve.

He did say he's going to go back to 14 Branchland to "Clean it up", which I mean "get his toys out", because lets face it, Chris isn't going to be making that place into a "nice" condition just so that the bank can take it.
If there is any single person to not believe about what's going to happen to Chris...it's Chris.

Remember, he was absolutely sure he was going to go home scot free back in February...NOPE! Go to Western State, do not pass Go, do not collect Tugboat.

Though one positive thing is I doubt Chris is going to want his pets back. Every single animal that managed to survive Casa de Chandler up to his arrest and got rehomed to foster families are in better places right now and I hope they never get given back.

You would pay taxes on 14BC if you were going to sell it, pay off the mortgage, and keep whatever is left to pay for a nursing home or other long term care.
Yeah this isn't 2010, no one is letting even a crack shack like 14BC go into foreclosure if it's even remotely avoidable. If someone is taking care of Barb I'm assuming they're either getting their ducks in a row to get power of attorney and sell the place, or they are waiting to see how shit pans out with Chris, or a combination of the two.

If there's really only 90k left on the mortgage, even if Barb was way behind on payments they could still walk away with a chunk of change unless the property is completely uninhabitable (which is possible)

Even back in the 90s everyone knew that public high school honor rolls were toilet paper and they handed them out like nothing. It was exactly for placating those ancient 1950s troglodyte parents like Bob who still thought it meant anything.

is there a legal reason why people don't upload the "dont post this online" letters? or is it just our morals on the honour system?

Mannnnnnnn, if they had just put Chris into a normal jail cell with other prisoners, then none of this shit would had happen. Chris would had gotten his first proper ass beating of his life time for being annoying, and snap his ass back to reality.

Jail time isn't punishment for him at all. For an autistic tard, jail time is great, no need to go grocery shopping, do errands and cook. All he does is sit on his ass all day and get free food. He has been doing this for 40 years!

So it's now confirmed that Barb is no longer occupying 14BC. My guess is she's living with Hariet and Tom or they've found her a home and have taken control of her finances. I assume they're still paying on the house and it's taxes as they either arrange something with the bank or try to get it in shape to sell it and pay down a chunk of Barb's debt. I think all Chris' talk of returning home are just wishful thinking on his part, and the whole "sacrifice" thing is just his typical retarded bullshit because going home is what he wants and he's going to "sacrifice" something (in his mind) to help make it happen. I doubt the authorities are going to allow him to return since he doesn't own the property and his name is neither on the title nor the mortgage. He has no legitimate claim to returning to the house.

His increasing fixation on the "toxics" and violent rhetoric towards them is concerning. When he gets released and things don't follow the script he's written in his head, it could be that he may decide he no longer has anything to lose and feel the world around him is to blame for the sorry state of his life and either lash out violently towards someone he sees as a "toxic", or will try to convince someone to perform violence on his behalf, much like how he tried to get Null to hire professional hitmen for him in the past.

Either way, I hope we get to see Chris' utter meltdown as the near future fails to unfold as he wanted it to and the consequences of his behavior and his failure to accept reality come calling to his proverbial doorstep.

Chris has never before taken any responsibility for the consequences of his actions, and he isn't about to start now. He'll just retreat deeper into his delusions as he has always done when the waves came crashing over his head.

All they'll do is dismiss the charges because at that point any trial is moot and a waste of time and resources.
In the end it always comes down to two things, time and money. Chris has been a waste of both for a year. To drag this case out any longer while keeping him locked up would only waste more. The Teflon tard gets off by virtue of being difficult to deal with and more trouble than he's worth.

The taxes will not stop flowing, and I’ve honestly never heard of anywhere in the US that taxes stop because you aren’t living there currently. If you own it you’re paying Uncle Sam for it end of story.

Yeah, another possibility I considered was that Barb’s family is keeping up with it until they can get rid of it.
For taxes is it possible that they had an escrow set up as part of the new mortgage and the bank has been paying them?
There’s no way they thought this far ahead and if they were forced to do this Chris would bitch and use this as a reason he needs more donations.
