I understand the courts are very busy, I understand they only have so much time and they have a mountain of lawsuits, both serious and frivolous, to sift through constantly. I get all of that. But at the same time, this nonsense with Freemantle is about as open and shut as it gets. Russ signed a contract saying he couldn't sue. I wouldn't think the judge would have to write more than a single page just saying "plaintiff signed a contract compelling arbitration, so this suit is on hold pending arbitration."

I don't understand why it's taking so long. Just give Russ the retard stamp and move on.

The courts understand that Russ is a retard, but I'd bet they think he'll just escalate if they rule against him or force arbitration. They're probably just hoping he gets bored and wanders off.

Well, if you look at the 14th amendment, it says "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges... of citizens of the United States", so clearly that means he should have the privilege of Taylor slave.

But, wait! Didn't the 13th ban slavery? Well, it says "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted". Clearly Taylor not having sex with Russ is a crime of some sort, so there!
