I think I was still working around that time so I probably just filling it out just because it was there. And even then I got too busy to do anything online for any long period of time. I ended up forgetting about it because real life stuff was more important.

Vtubers are a bit different. I’ve browsed /vt/ before for lulz and a lot of those guys are legitimately fucking nuts. It’s obvious from the way they talk that they’re sexually deranged and genuinely obsessed with their fictional loli waifus. A decent % of them are pedophiles who probably want to peg themselves with wooden horses. This is probably an inevitable outcome for any form of entertainment that appeals to the hardcore weeb audience.

In summary, I think a pure-minded person could watch shit like this without viewing it in sexual terms, but the average weeb is anything but “pure-minded.” Though the idea of anonymously streaming with an avatar is interesting in principle, in practice it ends up being pretty cringe… unless it’s a pink anime rabbit making fun of Ethan Ralph.

Well, again. I'm not denying that these people are very cringe. They definitely are cringe and autistic.
