Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

I for one hope he follows through with this. I can't wait for him to sell off everything to try and fund that school project only for nobody to show up. Then he can go bankrupt and owe other people besides just Quasi

But he can’t sell off his house, since Quasi has a lien on it. And apart from that, he seems to own sweet fuck-all. Piggy isn’t going anywhere.

So, does the lien increase in value, through interest, from non-payment? Does it reach the point Quasi will defacto, potentially, own the Pat's house if he never pays? Or, is it just static and stays the same value?

Help me out, I'm a little slow.

It collects 10% interest annually. It doesn’t compound. However every 5 years Quasi can renew the judgment and the interest is added to the principle, which then also collects 10% annually. So it essentially does compound every 5 years.

It will very quickly become a big fucking problem. It only costs like 50 bucks to renew the judgment and he can do it indefinitely.

Pat (having failed algebra) doesn't understand interest, so Quasi basically just secured his own retirement with this.

Conflating Patrick's overuse of "child" with racism is an amazing catch-22 for him. I hope these people keep pushing that.
The difference between Patrick and Scalzi is that Scalzi knows there's no winning with blacks so he's willing to bow out without a fight. Patrick can't handle not winning, so he fights every battle.

As a seasoned user of psychoactive substances, I often wonder what would happen if someone like Pat took a large amount of psychedelic drugs such as Ayahuasca or LSD. Not only does he have a lot of aberrant, ego-driven behaviour complexes, but it's as if his entire personality has been utterly shaped by those complexes. An ego death would no doubt be a profoundly shattering experience for him, mentally and spiritually- but it could be exactly what he needs if he weathered the storm and emerged from it in one piece.

Even just smoking copious amounts of strong weed in the past has, at times, given me ego death-like experiences and I'm genuinely a better person for having experienceed that and the effects are permanently psychically altering.

Pat should be prescribed a trip to the Amazon to take Ayahuasca and be given the opportunity to view himself outside of his ego for once and see how inconsequential and unhappy he is. It would change him forever.

It’s always odd to me that Xians seem to believe in such a concept as “holy beliefs.” Funny how you hear so much from them (and most atheists tbf) about beliefs and next to nothing about actions.
I suspect this is due to the false Protestant belief that good deeds are wholly unnecessary to salvation and they can become quite hostile if the words of Saint James are quoted to them. America seems to be a protestant majority and the Catholics are busy protecting gay priests who abuse children. It's no wonder people are confused.

@Shaka Brah “good works” constitute just a fraction of commandments handed down in the origin of Abrahamic religions. There are also many prohibited actions. But many people actually believe that believing a dead Jew was the Messiah — even though JHC met none of the prophesied characteristics of the Messiah — is the only golden ticket.

All of these people are morally and spiritually superior to Fatrick, who believes he is the only god who matters and that only heretics stray from his path of tryhard progressivism.

Please note I am not familiar with Patrick's city ordinances. In my city, if I was in Patrick's situation, this is potentially what I would face.

If I had to pull a permit to rebuild this fence, then I would be required to clear the lien first. Otherwise, even if I fixed the fence, I would be in violation of a city ordinance.

This is why liens start becoming a real nightmare. You not only can't improve a property, you struggle to maintain it.

On top of this, Patrick will never be able to get a reputable contractor. They won't touch his property with a lien because 1) they can't pull permits on it and 2) it shows he doesn't pay his bills.

Again, to be clear, I don't know if Patrick needs a permit to build his fence. But I would not be surprised if that was the case. And if he thinks he can just show up to court with pictures with a fixed fence and not have evidence that he pulled permits, he could be really fucked. Or he might just get lucky.

It's just breathtaking to me how this jackass will continue to walk into a rake over and over again rather than just fucking stop and consider that maybe, just maybe, he is incorrect about something.

If this is true in Milwaukee it will be hilarious because he definitely does need to have a permit to fix this fence.

He would get exactly the horrific Kafka-esque death trip he deserves.

Shut up, child. That rake has been persecuting me for years! The next time I step on it, I will definitely win!
