Kay, a FtM troon in the Dallas, TX area found herself in a very peculiar situation VERY few women would ever want to be in - as a popfur in the babyfur niche. Now don't get me wrong - a womyn can very much be empowered in this position, lest we forget the $1.6k commission I posted earlier in the thread - that was made with womanly hands. Also worth mentioning, according to unofficial statistics, a majority of people who fall within the ABDL/babyfur sphere are straight men - putting women who can stomach such a thing at an advantage of being able to pick and choose. What makes Kay special is that she fell into the community, and allowed herself to form interpersonal and fantasy sexual relationships with the niche's predominant vocal population; homosexual and bisexual men (who are a 5+ on the Kinsey Scale). She also tried to use these people to fill a hole in her that they had no chance of filling. This led Kay down a path starting at fame, then delusion, all the way to troondom which ended up with her depending on selling her mediocre art and e-begging, all while constantly putting conventions and fun before financial stability.

To start, Kay has been a personal lolcow of mine due to their association with Kage Otter and the pattern they follow - pandering for donations from her niche group and decisions based on poorly regulated and atypical sexual urges. After doing a deep dive with all information provided from her first-hand via Twitter, I have come to realize that this story is not as simple as I once believed.
To start our story in the recent past (2017 onward) we need to take a look into the two patterns I found fascinating about this cow - one was the fact that she dates men that would place a high number on the Kinsey Scale and also has dreamed about having children, something she states genetics does not allow her to do.

Poor Choice in Partners​

I was always under the impression that Kay was always with her current partner, Scyler, AKA KittenScy who we will cover later. Turns out, she had a previous boyfriend she would often post about from 2017 - 2020 named "Kitsy".

Now that you have had some time to make yourself familiar with Kay's state of mind, we can now start to speculate why she fell into the ABDL/babyfur crowd in the first place. It is my theory that, having trouble with childbearing AND having the need to mother, she chose to look for men who have an innate fetish to be babied. This was the hole I was referring to at the start of this analysis - the reason that this will never fill the void is due to the fact that it is sexualized - while her partners enjoy being doted on and partaking in activities infants would often do. Hiccup is that ABDL is sexual in its nature, there is lust well before love when mothers and her offspring only harbor love. While it is sad to see a woman go down such a path in a misguided attempt to feel what it is like to be a mother, it will only lead to further deviancy as I will show later.

Having read through Kay's reactions on the troon experience from late 2017 - early 2022 we can see a rather common pattern found in most FtMs, but with a twist. To start with the basics and obvious, the sexualization of gay men is a hallmark of FtM trooning, along with expecting homosexual men to interact with female genitals when it is the complete opposite of what is preferred by said homosexual men. The twist I notice is the unwillingness to mutilate the body (thank God), granted there is penis envy it is clear that Kay would not want to part with her breasts, and often fantasizes about being seen and treated as "one of the guys" in a sexual manner while still retaining female genitalia. I hypothesize that this comes from Kay's issue to find inclusion, from being shooed away by male troons to dating men who want to have sexual experiences with men, it's possible she is trying to fit into a space she was never meant to be in. Unfortunately, due to the social contagion of troondom, she has become the equivalent to the male transbian.

Kay as of recent (and I'm sure going back further) has a bad track record of saving for things she wants, opting instead to e-beg to get what she wants from her captivated niche.

What is working against her is that the niche of people she surrounds herself with do not condone or recommend she take action to make the situation better for her. Instead the reinforce the way she feels without addressing the root causes of why she feels the way she does. Granted, her boyfriend Scy appears to be a baking student, but a baker's income and that of an artist who regularly needs to beg for money cannot make for a sustainable future. If Kay really did want to have some sort of financial security which would ease one of her biggest burdens, she would get a real, full-time job and work her way up. Entry level jobs suck, but it is still possible with a good work ethic to climb the corporate ladder. But since Kay exists in a hugbox that is hive-minded to attack and vilify any type of opposition, there is little chance that things will improve, that financial security will be achieved, that she could be independent and have no need for begging.

As we come to an end of this analysis of where this financial failure of a furry comes from and the history they have provided, we can speculate a handful of scenarios and choices Kay could have made to have cemented a healthier life for herself, both financially and mentally. Kay appears to be coping with her issues of not being able to bear a child by becoming masculine, a man. She also fills the hole that not having a child has left with adults that fetishize infantile behavior which is nowhere near what a healthy motherhood or fatherhood would be like. With Kay chasing after men who appear to prefer other men, she has used FtM troon status to try and make herself more appealing to homosexuals while putting in zero work to fit the role. Kay's inability to find or maintain meaningful employment outside of infrequent artistry has lead her to e-begging and relying on the niche that has enveloped her - and continues to encourage deviant behavior and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Since she has gone so far down this path, there is little chance she will ever find satisfaction, financial security or purpose. Instead, she will consoom marijuana, ABDL paraphernalia, and male sexual fantasies she will never be able to obtain. If she truly wanted positive change, she would seek professional help for her traumas, work towards a meaningful job that gives a good sense of purpose, and possibly reevaluate her current partner(s) and lifestyle, or at the very least find a way to be in financial harmony with it.

Firstly, he works in the "health care field" but claims he is not a Heart Surgeon or a Neurosurgeon as some have claimed to believe.
Secondly, he's 34 years old, single, and still lives with his parents in South Korea so he doesn't have to pay rent or loans. He spends half of his salary on commissioned art and he quotes "can't save money much, but I think getting good commission arts are more important for me." He's even commissioned art from Miles-DF before, which as you know is notorious for their overpriced commision rates.

Other than that, I don't think there's really much else to the guy other than perhaps being responsible for the "suspeciously wealthy furry" stereotype we see today.

This is something I'm conflicted about. On one hand drawing crappy furry OCs for money would be one hell of a side hustle but on the other I don't know if I can stand reaching for that low hanging fruit.

Really, really cannot be understated how much the average badly handled fund fur are blobert level consoomers.

If you're curious which niches ask for silly amounts of money for poorly or clearly lazily drawn art, it's quite often the obesity and hyper furs in particular on both giving and receiving end. (Former is especially funny for how many blame capitalism on all their woes)

Twitter furries in particular are prone to flip out over underselling because it gives competition to their own worse art because they really care about the artist getting a living wage, m'kay. If you ever see a furry artist ask if they are underselling, you will always have all the replies saying yes, and it will come from one of two reasons: asspats to "befriend" the artist, and wanting to have the artist's artwork be more expensive for the end goal of only them being able to afford it.
