Those poor kids were so fucked no matter where they ended up. I wouldn't be shocked if the "baby daddy" is only going forward to the news for his own attention whoring. Especially since he had to be court ordered to get a paternity test according to his rap sheet. Whether the kids get taken away or shot, this is not going to end happily for them either.

I'm far more vested in this case than I was with the Depp/Heard trials, and a part of me wishes I wasn't. I don't see this ending well at all. It's only getting worse and worse by the hour.

I can understand the logic of hoping for a suicide to make it less-bad, but I'd say as soon as it's settled flop the movie out somewhere for contractual obligations and just not mention Flash again for a while

Take a fifth option - Cut their losses and cast all known copies of the script into an incinerator. Seriously, who'd want to watch a Flash movie anyway in a timeline where two perfectly-serviceable Sonic movies already exist and are far better than any of the low-effort schlock DC has put out since The Dark Knight.
