So please explain it to a non-American like me, basically gun license are easier to obtain now, and abortion right now are the matters of state and federal regulations but does not constitute a constitutional right?
Conceal carry permits are now a constitutional right, and guncuck states like New York can't just deny you a right to carry without just cause.

The question of abortion is now up to individual state legislatures to decide. This means that permitted methods, age minimums, term limits, and other details will vary state to state.

Hope this helped.

Holy fuck Thomas ain't done.

"Clarence Thomas writes, in a concurring opinion, that the Supreme Court should reconsider Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell — the rulings that now protect contraception, same-sex relationships, and same-sex marriage."

Not even mad that I'm late.
Unless the supreme court can just issue decisions sua sponte, I'm not sure how they'll even start to address those. I can't envision any circumstance where someone could claim harm from two people getting married, or having a consensual sexual relationship, whereas it's easy enough to claim harm from the state preventing such things. There's plenty of room, under the 9th amendment, to argue that the state has no right to interfere in the private matters of a household with regard to intimacies such as sexual activity.

I'm pro-abortion up to a certain point, so I don't want it to be outlawed, and I think the states that want it should allow it to happen there, and the ones that don't should say they don't want it to happen in their state. Which is exactly what's happening right now. Very good

The moral panic from the left is retarded. Almost anyone who wants to get an abortion will be able to do so pretty easily. Guns are banned in Chicago but guess what? People still get them. This also applies to dozens of other things

The only precedent I really don't like is states that don't allow abortions going after people who leave the state to get one

A civilised country would have legislated to avoid this outcome. They had 50 years to do it.
You’re not wrong they could’ve formally passed a law 20 years ago when abortion support was at an all time high but nooo.
how am i supposed to cum in vaginas raw without worrying now 😭😭😢
It’s ok bro, you probably have a couple bastards out there anyways. You just didn’t know it.

So they never formally passed a law regarding abortion. It was legal because of the Supreme Court decision on a case. That means it’s easier for it to be reversed, since it was never really a law. Now it’ll go back to states to decide if it’s legal or not at the state level. So if you’re a democrat in a red state, you’ll not be able to get an abortion in that state legally. Many states, like California, it’s not going to be an issue because they can get a law passed relatively quickly or they’ll just not shut down abortion clinics. So for most democrats this changes very little. Hopefully, it makes democrats leave red or red leaning states.

Glorious, turning over some power back to the states. This could slow the tide of Californians spreading their plague elsewhere.

"You've ruined your own lands, you'll not ruin mine!"

What's next? Tech companies are going to start busing Guatemalans and lower-class blacks to leftist states so they can continue to implement Sanger's eugenics movement?
