Considering how much they LOVE to shoot themselves in the foot, I am in complete agreement.Weird to see Conservatives win something, I'm predicting Miss Raptor, Snailslime and other salonfats shit themselves in the thread now.
Problem is voters in purple states DON'T LIKE ABORTION. Hell, nobody really does after the first trimester. If the Dems were smart they would spend every single hour of every single day till the midterms pushing voters in Purple states to vote Blue to prevent that state from flipping the switch on abortion next year. But we all know they won't do that, instead they'll double down on how important it is to include transmen in this discussion and how BIPOC uterus-havers are most likely to be affected by this ruling
Nah, because for most of those feminists the Handmaid's tale is practically fetish material for them. They want to believe they're so attractive that some powerful man is going to turn them into his breeding slave. Can feminist stop using handmaids tale like the right uses 1984 for their dystopian fanfiction.
No it doesn't. Allowing something for straights but not for gays is a pretty clear and uncontroversial violation of the 14th amendment, while banning abortions requires some tortured insane troll logic to figure out how it violates the 4th.Well the same things that apply to Roe vs Wade apply to Marriage.
I think it's fair for states to go after state residents avoiding laws by leaving state. The United States is essentially a union of small "countries" so if you leave your "country" to bypass the law, you should be "deported" and tried to the full extent of the law. Other states should not protect those people. A union should work together.I'm pro-abortion up to a certain point, so I don't want it to be outlawed, and I think the states that want it should allow it to happen there, and the ones that don't should say they don't want it to happen in their state. Which is exactly what's happening right now. Very good
The moral panic from the left is retarded. Almost anyone who wants to get an abortion will be able to do so pretty easily. Guns are banned in Chicago but guess what? People still get them. This also applies to dozens of other things
The only precedent I really don't like is states that don't allow abortions going after people who leave the state to get one
It's called A&NTard baby general is going to need it's own board.
