Thomas wrote his own concurrent opinion saying the court could/should look at and *maybe* overturn the cases involving contraception, same sex relationships, and same sex marriage. I was wrong, he didn't do that for interracial marriages but by his same logic that's on the table too. It's a pie in the sky idea but it's possible all of those get reversed, and based on what they said in this case, there is an argument all of those should be.

I thought it was the norm not to have full on unprotected sex when I was a teenager, and with my girlfriend at the time we never did it. Then come to find out when I am in my 20s that 13 year olds were doing it in America. Hell now they're trying to meme weird stuff like anal as being normal.

Kids aren't being raised right anymore, and I know correlation does not equal causation, but abortions have been and in many countries such as my own, completely allowed and things are getting worse (hell some leftists are calling for post-birth abortions). Gotta say this hemming and hawing about transportation costs and economic feasibility of getting abortions rings really hollow when I come from a state where gun transfers necessitate multiple trips specific gun stores to legally buy someone else's legally owned gun from them. I purchased and sold multiple firearms where both I and the seller made multi-hour trips to a specific gun store hours away from either of us (though roughly half-way in between us) just to transfer a gun, and then the buyer had to make the trip, again, 10 days later, often requiring time off from work to do so.

The kicker being that the above solution was the EASIEST way to do those transfers.

That's the enumerated right to keep and bear arms. It's written down in the damn document since day 1.
