I never asked, but only commented. But the fact remains that he is a senatorial candidate. That would be me pulling out a radical senatorial candidate on the left wanting to murder babies. They aren't in any sort of legislatorial power as well
Neither are a good deal of the Twitter idiots, but we won't go into that.

I see a lot of people refering Thomas'' concurring opinion about how Griswold and Obergefell etc should be revisited. That is one justice. Alito's opinion makes it very clear that one of the distnguishing factors that sets Roe and Casey apart is the interest of the unborn child. Preserving life is an elevated state interest. Maybe Alito and crew would revisit that but I doubt it.
I disagree with some of these things as policy matters. None of them are so tortured in supposed "legal reasoning" as Roe and Casey were.
People are missing an actually vastly critical part of the opinion by Kavanaugh where he clearly states (although it is probably obiter dicta) that laws forbidding interstate travel to get an abortion are nearly preemptively unconstitutional.

It is nearly always instructive when an important Constitutional decision comes down to look at what Volokh says first (actually this article is Ilya but the same thing applies):
And here's Eugene's take on the same language:

The greatest advances in liberty and the material condition of human existence by far happened when birth control pills and sodomy were illegal

Reject faggotry return to 1850-1950
Son, are you just being edgy? I mean, that's fine, but your argument is ignorant as fuck. You do realize that BC pills are used for a myriad of other reasons than contraception, right? I'm a fucking Catholic and I had to take it. You do get that, right? If you're just trolling, that's cool I guess.

It's in Thomas's part of the opinion.

Though I'm actually not sure revisiting that one would achieve much, since several other rulings in the years since that one mean that in order to seriously start stripping away LGBT+ rights, the GOP would basically need to nuke the Civil Rights Act. Which... might just be over-reaching a little.
Double post but -
- Notice how no Republican EVER touches Hart Celler. You'd see abortions drop like a stone if that was abolished. They might try to go after interracial marriage but since Thomas himself is married to a white woman it'd involve him being at the ass end of the stick. It'd mean he and KJB would be out of a job. America fears black rage, and after the Summer of Love in 2020, you'd see a racial reckoning like never before. The "I don't see race" conservatives would be forced to either shoot them or cower in their homes.

They might go after Obergefell but they cucked on that, and they ain't yanking supporting for anti BDS laws despite Israel supporting that baby murder.

Your choice is just fine with me. That shit does not bother me. What bothers me is that access to necessary medication may be on the chopping block according to Thomas. Hate or disregard whoever you want to, fuck knows that I do.
It's not on the chopping block though, Clarence Thomas' remarks in a concurring opinion mean fuck all when 4 other Justices signed on to Alito's opinion which stated they aren't revisiting birth control pills, gay marriage or interracial marriage. This is Thomas' hobby horse, no one else rides it but him

That reminds me

Hey @SSj_Ness why do you want to kick Clarence Thomas out of the country and remove him from the Supreme Court?
Why? He loves America so much, he has the most autistically Comstitutionalist interpretation of law probsbly in the country. So much so he scares the other Justices with his autism, even the ones he agrees with.

Corrine (Forever) [thread on farms if you're curious] does a great job of going to DC/liberal protest areas and using her dumb blonde schtick to get the most insane comments. there are some peak moments for those curious.

There's one earlier but 13:50 has one lol

I only read the majority opinion so far, will read the concurrence soon....

Because he's black.

@SSj_Ness wants all black people exiled from the country. That would include Thomas.

I suppose we'll see, won't we?
