You know, a year ago in Poland there were massive protests due to the Constitutional Tribunal declaring that abortion for any reason should be illegal. Before that in reasonable cases where a mother's life would be threatened or if the pregnancy was because of rape it was legal. And those were one of the biggest protests in the country since forever. And really everyone forgot about those now since our current government doesn't give a shit about what the citizens have to say.

All of this butthurt happening over here is because states can decide individually whether to ban abortions or not. It's not an absolute ban imposed on the entire country as it is the case with Poland and these people seem even more unreasonably mad than the people in Poland were.

Americans really are that erratic eh.

The only thing I disagree with about your statement is "no one is actually talking about Roe v Wade itself." That is not quite true. All the mainstream left of center stuff is engaging in what you describe though.

A long time ago the McNeil Lehrer News Hour used to be somewhat respectable. The PBS News Hour is just as much of a woke shit show as CNN. I have done some spot checks on their coverage of this and NYSRPA v Bruen and so far I see no intelligent, substantive analysis. Maybe I missed it but so far no.

Edit--i substited the link for one that is just re abortion. PBS News Hour is offering shit coverage, a lot of emotive manipulation, no discussion about legal issues, role of the courts, etc.

A fucking century of left-majority courts and the second it flips conservative, it's time to burn it all to the ground. They believe total ownership of government is their birthright.

I think Hitler was a retard for several reasons, but I don't think his biggest accomplishment was getting rejected from art school. Remember, he was Time Magazine's man of the year at one point, leader of Germany, and is still respected this day by Arabs and Indians because he understood the problem. I don't agree with him on many things, but to say that his biggest achievement was to be kicked out of art school is retarded cope.

I come from a long line of mentally ill assholes unfit to be parents. I know damn well how it would end if I tried it.

Shit, just being near a baby that won't stop shrieking in a store or w/e makes me think if baby killing really was legal I'd make sure to bring a baseball bat or something on Walmart runs.

It's funny because the left-hyped January 6th trials where right wingers declared the government illegitimate are going on right now.

It's only bad to declare the government illegitimate if the right does it, I guess.
