Hell I'm not murican and I know how the different branches of the executive, legislature and judiciary over there function. How do people, especially such insufferably political activist types, get to their age without learning these things?
They grew up going to American public schools. They never stood a damn chance at understanding anything about our history or structure of government. I'm amazed I learned as much as I did, frankly, and I suspect it's because I grew up in the rural part of a swing state in the 90s/early 00s. The proto-woke virus hadn't spread very far from the cesspits of academia yet, as there were still some of the old guard around to keep the loons in check. Then they aged out and the lunatics began running the asylums. Even then, I remember my civics textbooks and history classes bemoaning the lack of "stories of marginalized voices" and whatnot, though I don't think the terminology was 'marginalized voices' quite then.

So Netflix lost 1/6 in stock value, let hundreds of thousand employees off but they are going to cover employee travelling costs for abortion somewhere it's allowed 🤔
and of course Disney is doing the same.
They’re trying to suck off the teet of Larry Fink for more ESG money.

If you ever start a company and it gets big don’t dip you Dick trying to shill for that. It’s a death spiral of going woke and broke(alienating a customer base for more investment)

The gun decision was 100 percent a good thing but the celebration of Roe being overturned is coming from the same crowd that screamed "my body my choice" about masks for two years straight. Pretty ironic.
If you don't get that the "my body my choice" gotcha was an admittedly shitty sarcastic remark that had little to do with either issue, you are legitimately autistic.

Same goes for the people who are right-wingers who saw their fellow travelers using it in such a way and legit thought it was a good point, to be fair.

Ok, I'll bite, rate me dumb if you want but what is Roe v. Wade about if not allowing states to decide whether they want to keep abortion legal or not?
It was a civil case in Texas that protected a woman's right to abort under "a woman's right to privacy." Henry Wade was a DA in Dallas County that enforced anti-abortion laws then. In 1973, the SC ruled that a woman was constitutionally protected to terminate her pregnancy.

HOWEVER, it was never officially amended as federal law. It was mainly used as an argument against states blocking abortion for 50 years. Now, that case is thrown out or overturned. So, now, the state has final say on abortions.

Remember back when the Christians were pushing abstinence-only sex ed in schools, the argument against was "that's pointless, teenagers will have sex no matter how hard you try"? Today I'm hearing an awful lot of pro-abortion arguments that boil down to "women will have unprotected sex no matter how hard you try".

If the official lefty position is that all women are insatiable sluts, just say so. Stop rambling about choice and sovereignty and legal theories you don't understand.
Also by extension, men are slaves to their desires. It is complete bullshit for both sexes. Men and women can control themselves. If they do not want to, there are consequences.

Don't forget vaccines too, especially since Roe v. Wade was a great defense against them. I honestly don't know which group is funnier, the "small government" people praising this decision or the people who claim we need to "do something" about the nig problem but ignore that abortion has been one of the greatest factors in population controlling the inner city.

I have never won harder than I have right now. Thank you, based Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh, Barrett, Gorsuch, and limp-dicked (but vindictive) Rogers, for giving me the moment to see this house negress finally feel what it's like to not get what you want.
That negress looks like a fucking stereotype that should be working at the DMV.

At least you realize it's stupid. I'm just here to point out the irony because it was used a LOT to screech about masks lmao

You do realize abstinence only states have led the nation in teen pregnancy rates for decades, right?

Over 50% of women who have abortions used at least one form of protection, and most are normies in committed, monogamous relationships (many are married and already have kids, already having kids is a pretty common reason for abortion actually).
