that's because they aren't protests, they are government allowed marches to push establishment agendas, police is not there to stop them its there to protect them

I know. You'd need a syncretic political force to get people together at the threat of gun point to do that. I am very doubtful about the prospects but it's the only way I see things getting better.

Idea: upon reaching menarche, all girls are to be given guns to shoot anyone that tries to impregnate them, since unfortunately many of them do not have the means to simply go to another state

Because these people experience actual oppression and we experience policy changes that infringe upon minor rights.
Aka, most every movement past the Dr. King's civil rights movement. BLM is a hashtag compared to Dr. King's movements

Uninformed (on an individual voter level) democracy is a mistake.

That's a big part of why we're a constitutional republic and not a direct democracy, and why in the Federal government only the House represents the people.

And we're literally supposed to elect people we feel have the time and intelligence to vote on our behalf. But that stopped being a thing around the time we effectively adopted a party system (if it was ever really a thing).

The idea was we'd concern ourselves with local level community shit, which typically isn't hard to understand or as wide reaching enough to require spending a full-time job trying to understand it and leave that bigger type of legislation to others who can devote the time necessary to have an idea of what its effects would be.

The modern west is too comfortable and decadent to riot in earnest - no matter how bad we claim things are, most of us have way too much to lose to really attempt to overthrow anything.

More seriously though if you go back to RvW inception most states in the country were against abortion, in fact most of the world at the time was anti abortion (or so I've read maybe I'm a lying piece of shit) There is no real historical common law precedent for the legalization of abortion, which their lord and savior RBG acknowledged as well.

I personally love that its mostly the negroes that are severely affected by birth rates so theres actually a statistical argument regarding minority targeting but we'll just ignore that because the Dems need those babies killed. No dead fetuses means they cant practice their satanic rites.

Alito actually references that in this ruling. At the time of the Roe V Wade rulling 30 states still outlawed abortion. It had not become a community or social norm. Predictions are after this decision 20 states will likely outright ban it and another 15-20 will heavily restrict it. And also put the clinics deeply under the regulatory domain of the Healthcare regulators as Surgicenters. To avoid the continuing Kermit Gosnell houses of horror.
