You can’t really restrict interstate travel iirc.
No, its the one thing those moron sovereign citizens are right about, however you arent stopping them from going to another state, you would theoretically be stating that by performing an action in another state you are guilty of a crime in your "home" state.

Again I'm no great legal scholar in US law, I'm sure theres actual lawyers around here that could tell my I have the legal intellect of Chris Chan, however I think theres a possibility of some states trying on this type of new law.

My big prediction/curiosity is how do the absolutist states handle the ability of their citizens to cross state lines to get an abortion. Do they treat it the same way the US treats sex tourism? If Russell Greer goes to Cambodia to rummage through little asian boy's buttholes then despite being in Cambodia he can be prosecuted for the crime as if it happened in the US. If Texas makes the same rule for abortions how will SOCTUS rule on a similar law but between US states?

I'd like to believe they'd say while States have rights you cannot punish citizens for doing different things in different states where its legal. Incest porn could be banned in Vermont but legal in Alabama (they call it regular porn) should Vermont be able to prosecute people who go to Alabama and get off? I think this would even cover the Texas civil abortion crime statutes but I'm not a keen legal scholar.
Kavanaugh commented on this in his concurrance and his opinion is that punishing people for getting an abortion in another state would be unconstitutional. I think there's a non-zero chance the Supreme Court may have to touch on this with more detail in a future case.

Yeah but teens are retarded and some do anyway, so they need to be able to safely abort before they die ripping their taint open to birth something destined to be removed by CPS half dead and covered in its own waste.

Also IIRC pubescent girls are the category of children at highest risk of sexual abuse from adults.
The school slut never aborts the kid. The baby usually gets raised by grandma while mom is at work and dad is in jail for beating up a minor and the slut finishes high school

Upon graduating the slut goes to nursing school and births 3 more kids with strangers then creates a hookup app account looking to settle down then becomes a turbo fat because nobody wants to get stuck with used goods when they don’t even have kids of their own

Alito actually references that in this ruling. At the time of the Roe V Wade rulling 30 states still outlawed abortion. It had not become a community or social norm. Predictions are after this decision 20 states will likely outright ban it and another 15-20 will heavily restrict it. And also put the clinics deeply under the regulatory domain of the Healthcare regulators as Surgicenters. To avoid the continuing Kermit Gosnell houses of horror.
Personally, I would require abortion providers to have a Level 1 trauma center certification and ban then from receiving state funds.

At what point do you think it will dawn on these morons that they are literally all white idiots, and the cops know they don't have to worry about race riots over kicking their fucking heads in? Nobody will care. The internet will laugh at them moaning and bleeding on the street as the police dogs urinate on them.

I meant you can learn from it and do better. You seem very angry, but that is a waste of energy, children aside. The people who abused you are never going to care about your feelings, ever. You should never forgive them, but realize there is life outside of what they did to you and you can grow and move on.
I am. However, I am still not someone with the capacity to care for children properly, and just being in close proximity to babies is enough to know there's no way I'd be able to live with something like that without snapping and smashing its skull in. Not even factoring in the probability of me getting postpartum depression/psychosis (since even just having a regular cycle without an IUD was making me fucking crazy).

Theres at least 5 votes on the court that would strike down any law that says we can prosecute you in our state where abortion is illegal for having an abortion in a state where it's legal

Kavanaugh said as much, he's the fifth vote. Roberts obviously would vote that way along with the 3 liberal justices

true, this basically describes every stacy on tinder who's "ready to settle down" :story:

But imagine of she could abort those pregnancies.

This broad is on the cusp of some kind of existential revelation right here in this thread.

Thanks for catching that! But what do you think if they tried on a simlar gambit to that Texas civil law? The state is not punishing the citizens, instead other citizens are based on a civil tort statute created by the state. I would like that escalated to see how it fares on the federal level. Its super sneaky but really quite inventive whether you like it or not.
