What are you even talking about... And you call me the incoherent one? lol
Was a simple paraphrase of what you said too complex for you?

Many such cases. Very funny

Okay so what's the likelihood of protests? Usual suspects? Millions of $ in damages? This could be a fun deadpool.
Seems wierd, cause despite all the lead-up Soros seemed like he was actually caught off guard and surprised. They cracked down immediately on relatively mellow shit in LA and NY. Hopefully Milwaukee and Seattle pull through with some shenanigans, cause otherwise this could be a very boring riot season. Very different atmosphere right now.

You do know that the Justices didn't make abortion illegal, right? They made it a state's rights issue, and overturned a judgment made under perjury. Again, I keep repeating this, what's stopping anybody from just leaving the state to get an abortion? Or lobbying for it? Or voting for pro-abortion politicians?

Nobody has given me a real answer to any of this.
Basically, its now a state issue, each state decides, the pro-abortion people are angry now that they have to travel if they wanna get rid of their baby so that they can keep fucking chad and tyrone unprotection till they menopause

No, OWS failed for the same reason the Tea Party did; the establishment saw the threat it could present and successfully manipulated shit so that it would fall apart. In the case of the tea party, Bigwigs on the right successfully inflated the presence of the craziest motherfuckers in the room to undermine it, and for OWS, the bigwigs on the left overran the fucking thing with identity politics.

You can ask anyone who was involved with either event; both started with a laser focus on a specific issue (Tea party primarying neocon fucks; OWS forcing accountability over the financial crisis), and both utterly collapsed when they got overrun by outsiders (religious nuts and idiots for the Tea Party; ANTIFA and intersectionalists for OWS).
Hasn’t every successful movement in history had attempted saboteurs from outside and within?

Are Stormfags going to shut up about how Trump "did nothing" for conestviatves now? I know they'll just take the pro-aboriton stance now over eugenics since they were always crypto left wing to begin with, but the mental gymnastics is still amazing.
No, because Stormfags are retards who only care about autistic Jew/Israeli-sperging.

It feels like Trump v Hilary election night again.

On one hand there's this idiot who's now president of the United States

On the other millions of reeeeeing Liberals
At least it was entertaining, so far despite the hype, there doesn't seem to be much about this on 4chan or any other sites aside from people laughing at the pro-abortion retards. Feels like everything will go back to normal in a week or a month unless the dems can drag it out till 2024

I love this ruling from a standpoint that it's a lessening of federal power and the first backtrace of the establishment using the fucking Supremes to do an end-run around the legislative process for ages. It's an end to endless years of using this fucking case as a wedge issue by shitheads on both sides, and the first step taken towards parity on this front in ages. That's a thing every political stripe should take pride in - a branch making itself fucking less powerful.

What makes me absolutely fucking livid, however, is how bad this ruling is being fearmongered. I have a bunch of friends who are convinced this shit will begin a domino effect that will undo major rulings, based on people who don't understand how fucking law works shrieking at them that they're all fucking doomed because a terrible goddamn ruling that was never going to survive a direct challenge anyway has been successfully challenged and repealed. Fuck the press for doing this shit and fuck the terminally online screeching idiots of social media for enabling them.
Some of the fear is justified. One of the side effects is registries for pregnant mothers: Arkansas has one enacted since 2019, called the Every Mom Matters Act. This requires women who might require and abortion to get a special ID and registry. This from the same people who condemned the coof pass. Same violation of rights.

Certain states have already implemented trigger laws to outright ban if, even if the baby is a tard or isn't viable.

But, as pointed out, Dems could've codified it nationwide had they stuck with the first trimester plan.
It doesn't matter what conservatives pushed for the court ruled it unconstitutional, which it is. The whole fucking point of the united states is that the states choose their laws. And the whole reason this even got pushed was because of degeneracy in the first place. No one ever gave a fuck what conservatives think until things got out of hand in recent years. Sluts and whores ruined it for the normal people. we somehow became a degenerate society. Conservatives are still shit heads but they aren't the biggest shitheads out there right now.
The Founders didn't see anything wrong with abortion until the quickening. Abortion laws didn't come about until the 1860s. Even then, the right is pivoting on shaming single mothers.

Degeneracy has many facets. Consider this: before whamen even got the vote, who did white men enfranchise first? Blacks, the subhuman, and Jews, the usury devils.

A country with next to no maternal care or laws protecting mothers dismantling Roe is rather poignant, I'd say.
