He doesn't under how the legal system works apparently, and no I don't think anybody saw the nudes. He posted them obscurely and deleted them quickly, if they ever existed.

Gonna just say they were probably a ruse when he was epic trolling everyone with being abusive to her.
 
Just to clarify, the first nudes leak were of Yaya's boobs. I found them on a 4chan like porn site but they got taken down a day or two later. I didn't screencap them because I am not the type of person to save someone's nude photos that were put up without their consent.

I just noticed something in Damien's photos on Instagram, it reveals he uses Tor. For those who don't know what Tor is, it's essentially a web browser that lets you anonymously view illegal materials like child porn and buy illegal drugs. Then he posted this, but there remains the fact that he purchased a ton of lolicon doujinshi (basically 2D kiddie porn) and has it in his house. This begs the question, what is he really hiding in that HDD that has to go to such an extent to protect if he's openly fine with the world knowing he owns lolicon? I can't think of anything else than actual child porn, but that's just me.

If all he had were lolicon, which as far as I know is legal in America, he wouldn't have much reason to secure his computer because he wouldn't have anything to hide, he never shuts up about his love for lolis. I wouldn't be surprised if he had some CP in there.

I kind of think that all the relationship drama is genuine, but blown massively out of proportion. Damien and Yaya are just attention whores and drama queens. Damien just spins it as trolling after the fact, because that sounds better than "I flipped out on the online over something super minor."

Lolicon is illegal in the United States, but people rarely get prosecuted for it. Only 4 people have been arrested for owning lolicon, usually they find actual CP though so technically only one person has been arrested for lolicon possession alone in the United States. Here's the case of a guy getting arrested for it, if you're interested. If he was so scared that he had to encrypt it, he definitely wouldn't broadcast his lolicon hentai and figurines on the internet so openly.

If a US attorney wanted to push it, they could get him for violating the PROTECT act, which criminalizes drawn child porn if it's obscene (what constitutes obscene is a matter for the courts), or a DA could get him for violating state obscenity laws, which, if he keeps being a sperg about it, they just might do to prove a point. He's not smart or bulletproof, despite thinking he is, and he's going to run afoul of the legal system sooner or later and all his ass-kissing of the police department won't help.

Also, if he's encrypting his hard drive, he's got something on there besides cartoon child porn. And encryption, while difficult, if not impossible to crack, can be circumvented if not implemented properly. Also, no matter how good the encryption is, it doesn't matter if the cops can force you to give up your password. Whether or not doing so is a violation of the 5th Amendment is not a settled matter. Or they could install a keylogger and get it that way.
The point is, Damien is not nearly smart enough to evade a determined investigator, and given how he's thumbing his nose at the local PD, I'm sure someone there is gathering evidence for a warrant. Plus, if he does kick Yaya out, she might be happy to cooperate with them.

I watched a documentary on the deep web and it said that 80% of deep web stuff is child pornography
That and what we know of him I think we can all safely agree that he has some illegal shit
