Remember in 1972 when none of that happened? This is going to wind up being a massive L for Republicans in the long run when the eventual criminalization of abortion in red states results in:
A massive own goal if ever there was one, and for what? An entirely sentimental victory which is of no practical benefit to anyone.
- An acceleration of the brain drain from red states to blue states as educated and upwardly mobile women and couples decide to leave at an even higher rate than they were before.
- A significant increase in crime as more children are born into dysfunctional circumstances, increasing the burden upon the community, the taxpayer, and altogether making red states even worse places to live.
- The terrible optics of the inevitable news reports of scores of women dying from botched, backstreet abortions, for which the Republican Party will almost certainly receive the blame.
- An almost certain increase in the fertility rate of demographics which pretty much unanimously vote Democrat at every level of power.
The planets were also aligned and that won't happen again until 2040, but I'm sure it's completely unrelatedA lot of people are going to see this as a schizopost, but this is a site full of schizos, so I hope you'll humor me.
I really think that this overturning was a genuine act of God, and I think the lack of mega-severe rioting is a testament to that.
There is probably an alternate timeline where this didn’t happen, but perhaps the abortionoids solidified their fate when attacking churches, because it invited the literally presence of God. Perhaps the vaccine really was the mark of the beast. Perhaps this decision’s announcement was one of the seven seals. I’m mostly joking, but there does seem to be something spiritually substantial about all of this![]()
Yeah I mean it happened but it wasn’t common. I expect an uptick in this behavior for like 3 years at most before it plateaus.Remember in 1972 when none of that happened?
It's not that I don't understand the difference, it's that you don't understand the consequence.Oh good, another fucktard that doesn't understand the difference between overturning a Supreme Court decision preventing states from banning something, and passing a law banning that thing. We were running out of them.
The consequence of one would make abortion illegal in every state. The consequence of the other would be to let certain states make them illegal and not others. It's not that I don't understand the difference, it's that you don't understand the consequence.
You can have morality without god, not believing in god isn't an excuse to do whatever you want.lmao that people think that god cares about babies
Then you’d better git gud and start paying attention, whore.nigga you can miscarry by just drinking 1 to many cups of coffee.
you can even miscarry with out even realizing you pregnant to begin with if its early enough.
I'd like to disagree with you and say something along the lines of "well they had 50 years to make this an actual law so it just reinforces the fact that the powers that be hold these issues as gambling chips and are entirely incompetent." But, the average voter is a fucking retard, so you're probably right.Honestly, I think the biggest effect of this may be a disappearance, or at least a reduction of the expected Red Wave in November. Because now Dems have a legitimate thing to appeal to their base.
Had this not occurred right now, I get the feeling most of the Dem voters would be demoralized and not vote cause "hate Repubs but Biden and the Dems have been a fucking tool for the last 2 years. Fuck it, just gonna sit back and hope for the best."
But now, they can be galvanized with "look at how the Supreme Court has taken away RvW. The Right wants to take away your abortions! They'll get rid of gay marriage next! Vote for us so we can make it into law so the nazi-fascists can't do that!"
Whether or not they actually do ANYTHING is a different question...but they sure as hell are gonna bank on it.
Maybe Canada will build some physical barrier between the two nations' bordersIm so baffled by these 'people '.View attachment 3425217
It's the biggest argument against universal health care.Lol that was the biggest anti-abortion argument for years, was that tax dollars were funding abortions.
The thing about the BLM / "Let's Go Brandon" crowds is that they've always been a lot alike. They just differed in methods. This country is so hostile to families; it's the clearest prophecy of decline.Honestly, I think the biggest effect of this may be a reduction of the Red Wave in November.
Well, A) abortion isn’t healthcare, and, B) the rest of your post is gay fence sittingIt's the biggest argument against universal health care. It reaches a point where people will beg for it to be privatized
