don't get me wrong I love babies and enjoy seeing women have to take responsibility for their actions for a change.

My question still stands. If it's not a crime in the jurisdiction you committed it in how exactly are you going to be charged, tried, and sent to prison? Its not exactly like NY is going to work with Texas to help prosecute a women/doctor who went back to Texas for some reason after they recieved/performed an abortion so how exactly is Texas going to gather the evidence to prosecute either party(pretty sure the law just punishes the doctors) to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that an abortion happened rather than a miscarriage.

I'm not sure people have thought this through with the doom and gloom over how traveling to a different state is gonna be soooooo hard and people will be going to jail.

It's also a moot point. Federal Facilities are not immune from State Law within their boundaries. They have independent legal jurisdiction but not sovereignty. The only parts of the country where the Federal Government is the sole Sovreign is Washington DC and the Federally Administered Territories.

Wouldn't there need to be a federal law passed in order for that to work... and if it did pass(which might be unconstitutional due to the 10th) wouldn't that eliminate the problem anyway so they wouldn't need to be performed on federal property?
