With blacks, there is truth to what you say but there is absolutely a genetic component. With lower aggregate IQ levlels and less impulse control in males, blacks fare the worse in amoral, rootless societies. Whites, especially lower class whites, are not immune either of course. Regardless, IQ biological differences are still a critical factor. Does not mean there are not black individuals who are good people just as some blacks are bright, but on average....

Yeah but the opposition to the death penalty and guns is a pragmatic one. There is no inherent right to a gun but rather a right to self defense. People outside the US don't think that guns are necessary for that. And with the death penalty the only reason why it should be used is if they are legitimately an uncontainable danger to society.

I am pretty sure the reason the riots aren't so bad as 2020 is because the democrats are in power. If they did nothing, it would be a worse impression to the majority of the US as it would be a major mask off moment.
