Olivia Rodrigo and Lily Allen Dedicate ‘F– You’ to the Supreme Court at Glastonbury: ‘We Hate You’

Olivia Rodrigo didn’t mince her words when addressing the Supreme Court’s vote to overturn Roe v. Wade via the Dobbs v. Jackson decision on Friday during her set at the Glastonbury music festival in England.

“I’m devastated and terrified that so many women and so many girls are going to die because of this,” she said, bringing out Lily Allen to sing the song “F— You,” which they dedicated to each of the justices who voted in favor of the decision.

“I wanted to dedicated this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who have shown us that, at the end of the day, they truly don’t give a s— about freedom,” she continued. “This song goes out to the justices: Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh. We hate you.”

Rodrigo has often been outspoken about equal rights on stage. In May, after the Supreme Court’s draft decision on Dobbs v. Jackson leaked, she spoke about abortion during a Washington, D.C. concert.

“Because we’re in D.C., I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to say how heartbroken I am over the Supreme Court’s potential decision,” she said. “Our bodies should never be in the hands of politicians. I hope we can raise our voices to protect our right, to have a safe abortion, which is a right that so many people before us have worked so hard to get.”

The “Good 4 U” singer also wasn’t the only one to address the Supreme Court’s decision at Glastonbury. Phoebe Bridgers led a chant of “F— the Supreme Court” during her set.

“In all honesty, it’s like super surreal and fun. But I am having, like, the shittiest day,” she told the audience. “Are there any Americans here?” she continued. “Who wants to say ‘F— the Supreme Court’ on three?”

Billie Eilish also introduced her song “Your Power” with a comment about the decision, saying: “Today is a really, really dark day for women in the U.S. I’m just going to say that because I can’t bear to think about it any longer.”

Literally who?
Olivia Rodrigo is the latest in a long line of manufactured pop stars propped up by the Disney machine who notably in the past before this event, was used to help promote youth COVID-19 vaccinations for the Biden administration. The other person featured in this article, Lily Allen is a British singer-songwriter past her prime whose career peaked in the late 2000s.

Criticizing American politics in England. What a great and appropriate venue to do so. And getting a British singer to do it with you. wow this must be helping. What's next, raising the hot potato issue of the Armenian genocide at a pub gig in Tokyo?

Ah, ok, so it's just a script she's been told to read in every turn by the woke machine at Disney.

Yeah, give me a break! It was a much darker day when gas hit $4.00+ a gallon again. You broads are so stupid, lazy and irresponsible that you apparently can't use other methods to prevent pregnancy. Abortion really shouldn't be used as contraception when there are so many more ethical and more convenient methods available to prevent pregnancy in the first place.

Cry some more about. Cry like...
A baby.

How hard is it to close your legs or tell him to wear a rubber for Pete's sake?
You are now on par with obese people blaming everything for their problems except their own lack of will and addiction to their vice.

I'm not advocating for total abstinence, because frankly, sex is fun. But who're the freaking geniuses who think letting one-night stands finishing inside you is a great idea?

Who says Glasto is no longer about the music(?)

After all, we've had these various statements, Zelenskyy gracing us with a kickass cover version of Spanish Bombs entitled 'Slavic Bombs' and we also got an appearance from the Climate Goblin herself, Greta Thunberg, who sang Nelly's 'Hot In Here' complete with a rather literal dance routine because she just really needed that attention.

'My body, my motherf****ng choice!' Megan Thee Stallion hits out at the 'stupid-a*s' US Supreme Court's anti-abortion ruling as she takes to the stage at Glastonbury

Megan Thee Stallion has become the latest Glastonbury star to hit out at the US Supreme Court's historic overturning of the Roe V Wade ruling as she took to The Other Stage at the festival.

In an expletive-laden rant, the rapper insisted she 'doesn't support this s**'t' in response to the court's ruling, which ended the constitutional right to abortion in the US, meaning individual states could decide whether the procedure can be made illegal.

Megan is among several stars who have been outspoken in opposing the court ruling, with Olivia Rodrigo bringing Lily Allen on-stage to perform her hit F**k You in response to the news.

Addressing the crowd during her set, Megan said: 'You know I wouldn't be me if I didn't say something about these stupid-a*s men.

'Texas really embarrassing me right now, y'all. The hot girls and hot boys do not support this s**t. My body, my motherf*****g choice!'

The Supreme Court ended constitutional protections for abortion that have been in place for nearly 50 years by deciding to overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v Wade ruling and hand back power to individual states to decide whether or not to permit the procedure.

The justices held that the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision that allowed abortions performed before a fetus would be viable outside the womb - between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy - was wrongly decided because the U.S. Constitution makes no specific mention of abortion rights.

The ruling means that individual states now have the power to decide on whether to ban abortion. The Guttmacher Institute, a pro-choice research group, has said that 26 states are 'certain or likely' to ban abortion now.

The decision means that women with unwanted pregnancies in large swathes of America will now face the choice of traveling to another state where the procedure remains legal and available, buying abortion pills online or having a potentially dangerous illegal abortion.

In an address at the White House, President Joe Biden said it was 'a sad day for the court and the country' and called the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade - and making terminations illegal for millions of American women - 'wrong, extreme and out of touch'.

Accusing the court of 'expressly taking away a constitution right that is so fundamental to so many Americans', Biden vowed the fight over abortion rights 'is not over' and said his administration will do everything in its power to combat efforts to restrict women from travelling to other states to obtain abortions.

Earlier in the day, Olivia also shared her outrage for the ruling, bringing Lily Allen on-stage for a performance of her song F**k You.

The American singer took to The Other Stage at Worthy Farm where she said she was 'devastated and terrified' by the ruling which ended the constitutional right to abortion in the US, meaning individual states could decide whether abortion can be made illegal.

She said: 'I'm devastated and terrified [by the ruling] and so many women and girls are going to die because of this and I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who showed us at the end of the day they truly don't give a s*** about freedom.'3E66BE3C-327A-488F-B8EA-C1F09015E526.jpeg
After her words prompted huge applause from the audience, Olivia went on to address the Supreme Court justices individually, saying: 'This song goes out to the justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh.'

Fellow pop star Lily, 37, was seen giving the middle finger as she stood on stage, before saying: 'We hate you guys!' as the pair launched into the expletive-filled song.

It comes after Billie Eilish admitted it was a 'dark day for women' following the US Supreme Court's decision as she headlined the Pyramid Stage on Friday night.

Billie cursed the 'old' Supreme Court justices 'who try to tell us what to do with our bodies' after admitting she'd had a real [expletive] day upon learning of the ruling'.

Remember this; none of these people—and I am quite confident making this claim—have read Dobbs or the Roe/Casey line of cases it overturns. Most of them are probably incapable of actually comprehending any of these court decisions if they were to try to read them, let alone even summarizing the issues each presents. And yet their irratobal, emotive hysteria is a poweful force behind how many people are reacting to this..

We simply do not have an educated citizenry that was envisaged as a prerequisite for a democratic republic to work.
