It would fit his M.O. of getting assblasted in some way and then spazzing out and dropping something 'juicy' he's been holding onto e.g. those revenge porn nudes. He thinks people deserve to be 'punished' if they cross him and said he's happy to go nuclear on people 'if they start ' (even trivially). He's also known for 'accidentally' leaking shit so that the people he's fucking with know to take him seriously, if it's him it's possible he has more dirt on Elaine and that's why she's deflecting it away from him.
