It sounds like Perry loaned someone some money for land, money that was then paid back. Then the land, which was paid for with the paid back loan, was sold.

If you loan someone money, you don’t get a piece of whatever they do with that money. That’s not how it works. Only a money grubbing piece of shit like Cum would think that’s reasonable.

You loaned someone money. They paid it back. That’s it. Be happy you were paid back, many loans, especially those without a contract, never are.
