Considering that Dommy's streams are just his every day life and not anything that any thought or effort goes into, he may as well just stream himself watching some serial program for 7 hours with a flashing "donate now" ticker at the screen bottom. Every other day, he rolls out of bed in the late afternoon and then instantly goes online with no plans of any kind.
