From looking through so many of these auditions and reading through anything that's been said by many agencies, usually some of them will rent you equipment (which I assume is at most a nice laptop unless it's stated to be a PC + a decent microphone) but the biggest thing some may do at most is upgrade whatever you already have (usually replacing PC parts with better ones). But these are all a case-by-case basis and honestly, they're already sinking a ton of money on the models alone (since most of these debut 3-5 members per gen) so it would be more cost-effective to hire talents who would already have most of these ready + having general content creation experience.
