Generally it's whoever makes the claim who's liable. This mention of mommy daughter healing time could actually be beneficial to Robyn if she decided to address Luna's impending death. Perhaps even use her woo-mindedness to create a mental moodboard and 'share' that with Luna as a way to both grieve over the loss of what could have been and bond in the moment or something.
