Hillary looks like a decaying carcass, her husband even worse. Trump has been paying big bucks to have someone help him get in healthy shape specifically for a contrast between him and Biden in 2024. That same contrast will work between him and Clinton.

They'll dump Biden by bringing up his past- his old policies everyone has agreed to forget. Nothing of his current policies or dealings in Ukraine, mind you, that could tie to too many people. If they are looking to get rid of him, you'll be seeing a lot more about his time with the Dixiecrats, for instance.
Then, they'll refloat the idea of C H A N G E . Aka, get this DAMN WHYT CRAKA OUT!!! and get Hillary on the card. If not her, they'd be stuck with someone too far left to control (AOC comes to mind).
