I’m still agog at these apparently professional lawyers taking up Russ’s case. I mean, just look at the rambling shit Russ put together, and they’re wilfully supporting this? After presumably talking with Russ about it all?
They’re either stupid, or even more narcissistic than Russ for going all in with this legal equivalent of a wet fart in a phone box. This is why Null has the "don't interact with the cows" rule: because if you do, those nasty-wasty Kiwis will dig up your dirty laundry and air it for all to see.
When they initially took up his case, we looked into it and found that they were copyright lawyers looking to pad their resume before joining some big copyright law firm or some large company that's freakishly protective of its IP. I bet they thought this would be an easy win for them (which is why they took it pro bono.)
However, it soon became apparent that Russ is a litigious moron who has no case, meaning filing is just a waste of everyone's time. Further, with each filing, those damned Kiwis are learning a little more about them- including some very embarrassing facts (see @Useful_Mistake's post above.)
This presents K&G with a serious problem. They can't simply drop Russ as a client, as there are rules against that, and violating those rules would get them in serious trouble. If they continue, though, they'll probably be so humiliated that nobody will want to hire them.
In summary, K&G thought this would be an easy win, forgot to do their homework, and are now are stuck with Russ.

If my math is correct and I understand what's been filed thus far (viz. 421 pages of copypasta repackaged as an appendix), Grimm needs to file his brief within the next 25 minutes or so. What happens if he doesn't file the brief? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the court can't really do much with an appendix unless the brief is attached.

I’m looking at the screenshots from the farms, i just noticed that many of them show he has watched the thread and include “reply” buttons. I knew Russ frequented the Farms but didn’t think he’d ever make an account. That’s more of a Lucas Werner move to try to defend himself in thread.
