Community Tard Baby General (includes brain dead kids) - Fundies and their genetic Fuckups; Parents of corpses in denial

Apparently they confirmed the legal work is all pro bono. How will the fan club spin that? Screenshot_20220629-155630_Facebook.jpg

Hollie won the appeal for a new case. The remitted hearing will be 7/11. It is a Best Interests hearing and is expected to last a day.

Her barrister is now fighting to get that special doctor that says Archie is alive to be the expert witness even though hes already been denied. They also want his Guardian ad Litem to be fired.

For the love of God make it stop just let the poor boy die :stress:

Look again at the solicitors receipt. The VAT is calculated wrong. Its looking a lot like its been faked
Edit: this is wrong but it still might be fake.

Also if he has had 2 or more cardiac arrests then he does not have a DNR, the parents have been claiming out of one side of their mouth that they want to let his heart stop naturally but when that has already happened, they've had the poor child resuscitated to suffer some more indignity.

That's not correct. The invoice shows £5,000 for legal services (with VAT applicable at 20%), additional charges of £15 (with VAT applicable at 20%) and disbursements of £7,000 (0% VAT due). So the net total is £12,015 with 20% VAT due on £5,015 = £1,003 so the total bill is £13,018. If there's anything dodgy about that invoice it's the nicely rounded values of £5,000 and £7,000.

You are, however, correct that HolLIE is a liar as are the rest of that family and anything they say is not to be trusted. I don't believe that they are in denial or hopeful of a miracle. Early on Hollie said that Ella had realised that the brain stem testing meant that they could declare Archie dead and issue a death certificate. This is all about keeping him (officially) alive for as long as possible to avoid whatever consequences will come when he is (legally) dead.

Welp Facebook is running with that idea now for better or worse. It still has to be questionable why a bill would even exist if they are working pro bono. Someone else pointed out that they're probably funneling it through other people's accounts so they don't lose their benefit claims hence all these transfers to Ella or whoever. I'm guessing some of that money probably got paid to Ella for AdVOcAcY

It is possible invoices are still made when pro bono work is done since it would be a "write off" or whatever since they do a certain amount of pro-bono work there are perks involved. Always possible such a document got mistakenly into her hands.

There are multiple pages to that document, too, and they have only shared one. I'm interested what the £7,000 disbursements are for. i wouldn't think they have to pay court fees as they are the respondents not the applicants. Is it for Dr Shewmon, their medical "expert"? Presumably they have to pay these even if the barristers are working pro bono.

Hollie and Ella are back to lying about what happened and looking very happy about it

Fucking gross. I wonder if the outcome would have been the same if the decision makers got to spend an afternoon in Archie's room, watching what his care team is going through hourly and getting to see his state in person.

As Hollie and co drag this out longer and longer, I'm starting to think more about the idea up thread that an autopsy might turn up something incriminating for her. I really hope that's just cynicism on my part. Do any Brit kiwis know what the criteria for autopsies are in situations like this? She can't be dumb enough to think there wouldn't be one if/when he dies 'naturally'.

There will be an inquest and I would imagine an autopsy will be part of that. Its usually a choice offered to the parent to give them closure on exactly why their child died. I'm not sure whether the mother would have the ability to prevent one happening as part of an investigation.

According to this it will go to the coroner and the coroner will carry out a postmortem. There's nothing in the guidelines that suggests anyone can stop them doing one once it's in the coroners hands.

There will be a child death review when he dies: https://www.gov.uk/government/publi...ew-statutory-and-operational-guidance-england

Chapter 7.4 lays out what happens when the death is due to suicide:

• all deaths related to suspected suicide and self-harm should be referred to the coroner for investigation;

• all deaths related to suspected suicide and self-harm will require a Joint Agency Response;

• the CDRM should include experts in mental health and key professionals involved in the child’s life across education, social services and health. Specific risk factors should be considered, including:
• family factors such as mental illness, alcohol or drug misuse, and domestic violence;
• abuse and neglect;
• bereavement and experience of suicide;
• bullying, including on-line bullying;
• suicide-related internet use, including searching for methods and posting suicidal messages;
• academic pressures, especially related to exams;
• social isolation, especially leading to withdrawal;
• physical health conditions that may have social impact, and their treatment
• alcohol and illicit drugs;
• mental ill health, self-harm, and suicidal ideation;

The Child Death Review Meeting (CDRM) should be attended by professionals who were directly involved in the care of the child during his or her life, and any professionals involved in the investigation into his or her death. The nature of this meeting will vary according to the circumstances of the child’s death and the practitioners involved, and should not be limited to medical staff.

TLDR - there will be an investigation into Archie's death that will consider all the family dysfunction discussed in this thread

That invoice seemed weird to me too. Why does it say 'to our professional charges'? Should it not be 'for'? The wording seemed shitty to me but I just shrugged because eh, probably drawn up by office staff and not actual lawyers. I would not be surprised if it turned out to be faked, i.e. a real document photoshopped to say something more convenient.

Or the other pages we havent been shown say something to the effect of "we are working pro bono and waiving fees to the value of x so only the disbursements are due to be paid".

Ella treating the occasion with the appropriate solemnity. Gotta tell those damn dirty trolls what you think of them.Screenshot_20220629-191442_Facebook.jpg

And for no other reason than for the entertainment of the yanks and the tittliation of the br*ts had to screenshot this classic natural bonglandish beauty sharing her kid's uncensored photo and her own Fanta orange mega filtered face to this group of random nutters. #Queen
