And on the topic of the wiki article being voted for deletion, it goes to show how Keffals is incredibly unremarkable to the average person at best. To the wiki guys, the only three things that stand out are:

Public health research is not lacking in ways to measure quality of life. The survey below has been around since the 1970s. There are plenty of others.

I don't think that's the case, unless the surgery was botched in some way or there were other issues. The tip of the penis is typically retained to form a pseudo "clitoris" (gross, I know) so orgasm might be harder but it's not impossible. It is usually next to impossible to actually have penetrative sex with an amhole, though, just from the way it's constructed, and troons are lied to about that. And for a lot of gay troons the surgery ruins anal sex as well (because the amhole is positioned between the rectum and the prostate).
