Glancing at the relevant Minnesota statute (13.825 Portable Recording Systems) and assuming that I'm not misreading it, it's not that easy to get the bodycam footage. Randos can't just request it and have it handed over. Police officers and individuals that the footage concerns can request and be given the footage and the footage can be made public with permission of the parties involved.

Seems unlikely that this will lead to Metokur face dox. Cancer Man lives to fight another day.
