The first picture and the other two don't actually line up.
The tree that is liked between the two aren't the same in terms of shape of the branches or size.

I don't know how you linked the first pic with the other two but the only similarity is the blue trashcans and the bush but even then the dirt circle underneath you linked between the two ratio size isn't the same if you look at it compared to the other one.

Another issue is along with at the angle we see that tree we would also see that powerline that is visible next to it in the second picture then because it is very noticeably worn down so it would stand out but it isn't there.

Most of this can be written up to it is a housing development so it is going to have similarities because most of the US use similar blueprints to make these places.
