I think it’s the erectile implants that needs replacement, not the frankencock.

The frankencocks don’t need replacement, but there’s a really high rate of complication and removal. Something like around 40% over five years. One surgeon had a 100% failure rate over five years.

Basically the blood supply isn’t hooked up properly and they start rotting, and have to be removed.

As a woman with bad endometriosis I 100% agree with you. I've looked at studies over the years about the effects of Hysterectomies and it's bad. Urological complications, mental health issues and a significant increase in early-onset dementia and a higher increase in cognitive impairment. I think the worst is that we have very little info on long-term complications in general so undergoing a very early hysterectomy (before menopause) means you're somewhat of a guinea pig.
