I fully agree but I can almost see a possibility as to how it got started, Phil over head some one saying "Oh we need a street cone to mark of the area when we have moped the floor" or something like that and then bringing one back and then getting carried away.

I don't know, but I can tell you that it wasn't the norm. Many homeless youth, including myself, frequented the space and only got one locker. No matter how much stuff they had. My guess is he threw some kind of tard fit and the staff, to avoid him potentially getting violent, gave in and gave him the locker.

Have seen this in a few lefty/social spaces. They have no idea how to deal with troublemakers and people who are blatantly taking the piss, it's all hoping that when you treat everyone nicely everyone will be nice in return - then someone like Phil comes along. They're guilted into giving the shouting sped what they want, on pain of being seen to be oppressive (strangely, shouting sped types seem to forget that these places are a community and you should put in as much as you take out). That kind of thing can quickly run a resource group into the ground. I hope the leadership has changed at the group you mentioned now, because it sounds like a decent place and people like Phil shouldn't be allowed to ruin it for young people that need the support.

Such a shame, totally falls into his pattern of latching onto a support group and draining their resources.

You know it's about time people learned to have a spine in places like this, it's one thing to be inclusive and showing sympathy and being flexible for a short period of time but if every body only get's one locker they only get one locker and if they throw a fit or worse threaten violence the free and voluntary services that are offered will be removed and they are removed from the premesses not being allowed to return.

I hear of this kind of stuff going on in schools, social service establishments and alike but it has to be said when enough is enough and be willing to call people out when they are abusing and damaging the system set up to help people who are in need.

Phil and his ilk are sponges who happily consume a sadly limited pool of resources and never give anything back, I wish that organisations like the ones he's freeloaded from in the past communicated better with each other about troublesome or disruptive individuals because when they do that it cut's people like Phil off from one of his main sources of ill gotten support so it can then be directed to those who are in genuine need.

I don't think he's taking hormones anymore. He could be on EBT/SNAP.

And you'd think that, but his existence is pretty sedentary. He takes the bus everywhere these days, so there's not much walking going on. And a diet with fast food and dumpster diving as its staples is going to be unhealthy no matter what.

He also wastes his autismbux on high-calorie, unhealthy foods like cheeses and expensive sugary coffee. I imagine that he spends a lot of his time sitting around in places that he eats/gets wifi until either he gets bored or kicked out.

Edit: Also, yes, he doesn't take hormones.

Like I said, eventually he made people there so uncomfortable that I had to tell staff that he was overage. They told him he couldn't come back and I don't remember it going poorly. He didn't like flip out and break shit or anything interesting like that. @TheSalt, were you there when he got booted?
