I would not join the military, especially NOW. But, I'm not going to bash somebody who made that choice before I was born. BUT, that doesn't mean military service is a license to act however you want.

So I just saw something I've never seen in my life. A gas station which removed it's gas pumps, they don't even sell gas anymore and Retard Joe is implying what exactly? That gas stations are making tons of money gouging prices on gas? I don't think they'd stop selling gas if that was the case.

Edit: This wasn't some small independent gas station either, this was a chain. You'd figure the franchise owner would be able to get some corporate assistance for keeping gas service up. It's a pretty busy place too so I doubt it's just slow business making them stop selling gas.

I saw the same (but was an independent one. What was really odd about it was a month ago it was all uncovered and they installed a huge concrete canopy over them. Then today when I passed by it, it was roped off and just holes where the pumps were. Thought they were replacing them and then I saw your post.

Probably something like they found an underground leak or the tanks are reaching the end of their service life and did the math to replace the tanks and figured they would just be better off calling it a day.

It's more than just fighter jets, most vehicles need them now too. Are entire economy needs superconductors to function.

Yes. But everything basically requires a chip of some sort. Whether that be an asic, soc, or a cpu. And if China would just turn around and tell us to fuck off and take Taiwan with them, we'd be up shit creek. Samsung is the only notible chip fab outside of China/Taiwan.
