No, the plushies I intend to send to my customers are not from the same vendor. I originally was going to order from them for this, but I fortunately found another one that is at least three times less expensive. This cheaper one seems like a good one as they state on their website they have been in business for at least 13 years and they have good customer reviews and a good reputation. And I have discussed my order for Wogglebug plushies through email with nicest lady at this company and they have walked me through how they intend to manufacture the Wogglebug plushies based on the drawing by my picture books artist I sent them.
Are the plushies going to be life-size?

You'll also be pleased to know
Why?
I mean of the things I can fault WBL for I can’t fault her for her drive. She has a vision and the determination to fulfill it. She is dogged in keeping that vision true and has found people who help her in achieving it. That is commendable and if she wasn’t so repulsive in her hate for people who are religious or unwilling to even listen to constructive criticism about how to market her vision I would root for her. But dang that smug atheist energy is so 2005 and cringy even to my atheistic ass. So eurphoric.
Agree with many of the talking points.
It's odd she sees this place as hostile and yet she keeps coming back for the attention. Maybe what she sees as enemies makes her feel important?

Edited to kill my darlings. Kill them dead.

Soooooo, can we please actually like see one already?
Not an illustration I mean, an actual doll.
Have you even seen the final product?
Has anyone?
No of course not. I'll bet that what she posted is going to be exactly what you get. Namely a piece of polyester imprinted with that image of the Wogglebug and then having some cheap stuffing inserted and sewn up. If anybody is expecting something like the one she's already shown to have been made specifically for her then they're out of luck.

I for one love Captain Candy the Gay Pirate so much I want to bring him over into my own Wogglebug cinematic universe. Maybe not as an animation because I haven't fully recovered my sanity from making the last one, but maybe he will get his own comic series! BRB contacting Marvel right now with my proposal.

Captain Candy, Captain Poodle, and Captain Snackcake are all eight thousand percent straight!

What vendor is it? If you're going through an "american" page, it's likely you're just wasting money paying someone to talk to a chinese factory for you.
Why didn't you state the final product size on your pre-order page? It's usually helpful for people to know how tall things are when they purchase them.
For the low price-point you have them at, are you even making profit?
You should have waited until you got a product sample before listing them up for pre-order, especially since the tiktok ad posted earlier in the thread uses the (I assume) Budsies Wogglebug.
How the hell can they manufacture in the time-period you have listed AND ship them to you? June to mid-July?? It takes longer than that for overseas shipments to just be mailed let alone an entire production run w/ no sample even having been made yet.
If you're marketing these as toys for children, they have to be safety tested before they're allowed to be sold in the US as toys.... which again makes your timeline literally impossible.

tl;dr: someone doesn't know what they're doing with plush manufacturing and it's going to go horribly.

So she finally ordered a "sample" Gollywoggle doll, I'm sure completely independent of any outside influence...
Oh Cherie, you claim to hate this site but where would you and Bugglewog be without us, probably still on the sofa and he ever so slightly more glitchy and unintentionally hilarious.
So if you think about it, it's to our detriment that we point out all these glaring issues to you, completely free of charge I might add...
You're welcome...
Once again giving George Lucas a run for his money...
@WogglebugLover I hear you still haven't figured out how to convert/mix down your title character's single channel audio to stereo.
Oh well, that can be for the inevitable 10th re re re re re re re re re reeeeeeeeee release of your entire filmography...
Maybe put on headphones instead of editing through your pc speakers to understand fully what I mean?

It's true what they say:
