Every patient and/or friend that I know of, that's dabbled with serious amounts of meth, has extreme delusion and paranoia. It's 50/50 wether or not violent tendency also exists.

Specifically, a childhood friend that I'm almost certain got sucked into the sex trade in California. She came back messaging everyone on FB about secret cults, pedophilic members of society and how all local municipalities are working with the CIA to track its sex slaves. I call it meth-induced narcissism. Instead of acknowledging they made shit choices, and mixed up with the wrong people; they create this narrative in their head that sounds sooo crazy on paper, that nobody could seriously call into question its authenticity. And when you DO ask questions, you are met with almost immediate rage and accusation (side effect of drugs eating at the impulse controlling frontal lobes).

Sadly, I feel like this is just the beggining. Most druggies keep to themselves. But left with enough anger, isolation and reality denial, I feel like we are starting to see the after effects of isolating an entire population for almost two years.
