so he's ranting that he likes being on level one, so he enjoys being a loser? He really is best detractor. I did like the crying about there not being any savestates makes the collection crap and the devs dropped the ball cause there's no way you can do this without save states.

What you have to understand is that the only reason he's such a contrarian when it comes to rollback netcode is because he hates the Cannon brothers and one of the brothers invented rollback. It doesn't come from any informed opinion on the matter, just pure spite and a grudge that's over 15 years long iirc. I don't really remember why he developed that grudge, I think it was because the Cannon brothers were responsible for making the bracket for some tournament 15+ years ago and he claims they tailor-made that bracket just to screw him over and get him knocked into the loser's bracket in the first round.

That's why he always either grasps at straws when criticizing it, saying that peepool claim that it's just like playing someone ahflline and there's 0 latency or anything like it. I mean yeah since it's online you'll never have an experience that's as good as on an arcade cabinet, but it's basically like playing at 0 latency because it's so damn close anyway. That's why pros use Fightcade to train. Much more convenient than driving or flying to some other dude's house and it's as good as the real thing. The alternative to rollback is delay-based and that's just garbage, it doesn't have even one upside compared to rollback. It's just him going SemanticsSydePhil when he does that argument.

His other criticism is just going full conspiracy theorist and essentially saying that the Cannon brothers run the FGC illuminati or some shit because they have so much pull with fighting game developers that they can get rollback into their games, and they also pay off the FGC's paid shills so they can shill rollback. Of course like everything else he thinks that the primary motivation for rollback to be pushed into so many games is so that the Cannon brothers can make money.

Unfortunately admission boards do consider race when reviewing applications. But if Phil thinks white people have it tough he should check out Asians.

A group of Asians sued Harvard and lost recently over the subject.

The fact that Phil based his nickname on a one-hit wonder from 20 years ago and still uses it is all you need to know about his musical “taste”.

this QnA in a nutshell, if it existed DSP liked it unless it was about asains like Samurai Jack and Jackie Chan Adventures. Also CAWS-ko is owned by wal-mart and they all closed in Washington state but then also he needs to go CAWS-ko which is open but diesn;t have anything even though they all closed.

Oh, that's funny, The Fake Fanning Street Fighter 2 continues. Hakan was in Street Fighter 2 super, so that was the version he was playing while playing FF6 at CAWS-ko
