I think it is his face. The two big red things in the middle are his lips, and the red patches to the sides are the red markings where his eyes are. Big guess, since its just a mess of fat folds and wrinkles.

Not sure if this counts but I can't figure out where else to post it - a buddy of mine and I were dicking around (lol) on AliExpress looking at sex toys that would most certainly poison the user in a plethora of ways, when lo and behold we came across stolen furry porn:

I think anyone who actually buys this deserves whatever surprise diseases are probably on it. I also question the part about 'the smell is fine, just wash it and the smell will fade naturally'

Guarantee that thing is made from PVC. If it smells then it has phalates in it.
