I just had a good look at he thread and the one that came after it, he appears to be trying to get around his infamous reputation by posting on /vg/'s PMG threads rather than /vp/'s.

Probably both. Dysfunctional families can have the parents taking it too far and the kids going full-on tard rage, which can exacerbate itself in a feedback loop.
I wouldn't be surprised at all, in fact, this was expected, considering how he's turned out to be.
Unlike some people that try to become victims of something for pity points or attention, PL prefers to avoid talking about it like most trauma cases do.
Plus, it's a somewhat understandable backstory that gives us a frame into his state of mind.

just an FYI, Leaf's coddlers started moving the PMG generals about a year ago because of the alogs. One of the most heavily overmoderated threads on /vg/.

I used to feel sorry for him like you, but then I saw his god complex and lost any pity I had for the tard. When is the "Empire of the Leaf" arc going to start?

He's in a server called free /vp/. he left for about 5 minutes and returned. the server is one of two offshoots from the previous /vp/ server which went down in flames after he was made a mod. to call his presemce there unexciting would be an understatememt. occult (the girl stealing thousands of dollars of cards from him) told him that anyone who calls her out is a pedophile and/or tranny so he and his coddlers get in retarded slapfights, while everyone elsr shits on him. given enough time he'll rage and demand jannies ban everyone for him to no avail and tardrage and leave. to call it exceedingly typical and dry is an understatement to the point that it's hardly worth trying to archive.

A lot of parents when they have an autistic kid either can't handle them, and grow to resent the kid for not being normal, resulting in a lack of parenting as they give up on trying to teach their child better, or they do so early due to horror stories of more extreme cases, and don't bother in the first place, developing resentment preemptively, this often makes what would be a bad kid into a monster, as they aggravate the situation, neglect and/or abuse ensuring bad behaviour becomes habit, and bad habits become their personality. PL looks like one of those cases, and while I pity the child he once was, I don't pity the man. He's an adult who is capable of learning better, and just fucking refuses to do so. I can absolutely believe he had shit parents that turned a shitty person into the beast he is now. He never would've been great, but he might of been at least capable of functioning in society as an asshole with better parents.

My money is on the autist with a cheap prop sword over the one throwing plastic PokeBalls. It's just a case of one of them being more likely to pick up a better weapon, while the other yells for his Charizard.

oh yeah I'm in the other one which is pokepals of /vp/ and from what I've heard in pokepals one of the people who made the free/vp/ server is a shota posting nutjob and such so I guess he fits right in
