I was probably raised in a bubble because during my 4 years in a public high school, I only knew a handful of people without a father in the home, I didn't encounter a single tranny and only knew a handful of gay people, the actual quality of education was on par with elite mainline WASP private schools and somehow despite everyone in the district being middle to upper class suburbanites, the school was definitely not a haven for shitlibs. I know many zoomers sadly weren't raised with even basic community or familial supports to make them anywhere close to well adjusted, so I am thankful for being in the situation I'm in now

TL;DR on the Bruen decision is that it raped New York's carry laws, and a fuckload of other things along with it, meaning states like New York and Illinois, where this attack took place, have to get rid of their gun laws or get raped in court.

This, however, doesn't really mean shit for the lawmakers in those states; New York, California, Illinois, etc, because they're just going to fuck over everyone and make concealed carry harder to do, despite knowing the aforementioned sodomizing they'll get in a courtroom.

I love how this is 15 minutes of a namefag justifying how he's not like the rest of them, when all instances of namefagging are at heart an attempt to bring your individual identity out to the fore to bolster the weaker ideas you have, instead of relying on the memetic capacity of your ideas to individually carry themselves. So they overcompensate by feeding into tropes and stereotypes others have for positive attention. You as a stereotype is fine; you as a person is broken somehow. It's the feeling of deep insufficiency.

The nursing video: its intent was to communicate the nursing experience. I'm pretty sure the target audience is kids trying to understand what nursing is like, secondarily guys who find her hot and older people in a nostalgic vein trying to support the heroes. These are all emotional responses (curiosity, lust, nostalgia) to the interpretations of her identity (rolemodel, woman, nurse) that are surface level. [Feeding off of emotional responses is how tiktok works.] This clout is anonymized; all she knows is the outpour of positive attention until the internet gets mad and it turns into getting cancelled.

The problem is it's not actually abnormal for us to be interpreted based on our stereotypes by the broader communities around us. It's inevitable as soon as your population hits 200 or so. It's not insane to want to portray yourself in specific ways, and many cultures have and still do revolve around the idea of 'face' for this reason. But at the heart of it is still your local community, who knows what you are trying to portray just as well as what you actually are.

Therefore, what is abnormal is not getting real life repercussions for internet clout. Having 2000 followers on twitter does not actually give you 2000 acquaintances to meet in passing, to interpret your personality slightly askew of what you project, and as such to see you as a person and effectively evaluate you as a person based on the things you don't say, and back propagate that into the stereotype and your community. This kind of back-prop is what cancel culture and emojis are very poorly imitating (given the majority of this communication happens in body language).

Spoiler: Analysis and Conclusions

This ties into how you don't really know how people on the internet see you; a lot of communication is people reflecting your insecurities back to you, which body language counteracts, and the internet does not have (this is how trans and other narcs are generated - infinitely reflected insecurity). This is why bullying is important, because a lot of kids who get bullied are just being vibe-checked but can't read body language properly. So when I say repercussions I mean microexpressions, the small tells of a person's emotional experience to your portrayal of your stereotypes that communicates not to you as a stereotype, but to you as a person. Having this emotional feedback from early childhood from a community that more or less tolerates your existence is what protects you from the insanity that is emotional disorders.

I propose a dual-layer model of the internet, with a 'local' internet (where you're allowed to namefag) restricted to the people that may reasonably meet you on the street and give you a hug/tell you you're a fucking asshole (let's say around 200 people, your local community), and a 'public' internet that is completely anonymized (with underaged banned) and you're not even allowed to mention famous people, even historical figures. Thw inability to connect your local and anonymous personalities is a skill issue and if you admit to it you're to be made fun of.

The concern would be that Boss Nigger and the Supremes might not go ahead with their alleged desire to revisit whichever SCOTUS cases involved "High capacity" magazines and similar.
I vaguely recall this being the plan in the wake of them striking down the "May issue" infringement, but I don't know the details.

Theoretically SCOTUS shouldn't give a shit about current events and would go ahead regardless, but I'd be concerned they'll puss out.

State-wide legislation should be a secondary concern. If SCOTUS act correctly, Illinois would no longer be able to infringe your 2nd amendment rights.
