Okay, this is becoming a rumor that gets repeated as fact and it needs to be quashed. Robyn didn't take Luna to the emergency room because of her relatives or because of her weight. She took her because she posted a video on IG and people told her that Luna's weird eye movements were seizures and Robyn was shocked to learn they were right. Luna was a normal weight at that time. Luna's skeleton phase started AFTER she was diagnosed and while she still was revcieving regular medical care by actual doctors. The US may be more permissive in what they allow parents to do with their children, especially in the name of religion or strongly held beliefs, but one thing that the courts have consistency found is that starving your child does not count. The actual doctors that Luna was seeing at the time would have called CPS and there would have been an emergency hearing that would have guaranteed Luna ended up with a feeding tube looooonnnngggg before she actually did if her starvation period was due to Robyn. It was not. We hate Robyn, but this is Kiwi Farms, not Lolcow, and it is factually untrue that Luna's weight had anything to with her initial diagnosis and the idea that medical professionals let Robyn get Luna to the point she was at because "well she's a woo mom who wants to breastfeed" is farcical.
Edit: Reading carefully Luna's case was handled by no less than 4 diffrent medical teams between April when she was diagnosed and September when she finally got her tube. These included the Boston Childrens Hospital at the end of May and a team in the emergency room in mid August when the infamous big-head-skelly-body picture was taken. When the tube was placed Robyn mentioned that they did this in consultation with Luna's hospice team, who would have been monitoring Luna. Luna didn't just fall through the cracks somehow and Robyn wasn't successfully hiding her from real doctors. Whatever bullshit about latching and breastfeeding and all that that Robyn posted was just a social media lie, nothing more.
Interesting, there’s been many times we’ve wondered about the timeline, so I’m glad to have it narrowed down.
Are you getting this info from @GenociderSyo post #815? I had to dig around a bit, but that’s the only timeline of Robyn’s version of events I can find.
Do we know when Luna got the tube/s?
Because I question if Luna was under consistent medical care, especially after Boston confirmed the original diagnosis and they left for LV.
(One weird thing I noticed, Robyn says they were sent home with hospice, but weren’t able to get hospice services for 5 weeks, and she ‘was left to do everything on her own’ Who knows what she means by that. I wouldn’t trust Robyn to hold a door open for me, much less care for Luna by herself )
