Fetal alcohol is a possibility as well. One of the few sure fire ways to have a kid with a messed up sense of right and wrong is to drink heavily while pregnant. FAS kids will have a messed up sense of right and wrong even when adopted as a baby; it goes way beyond having an alcoholic parent.
