Can confirm Japanese mayo is really good but also your tastes may vary depending on what you pair it with. Either way, it's definitely different from standard mayo. Love it with egg sandwiches.

I think you are missing the fact that mayonnaise is a dressing, prepared fresh typically for vegetables of all sorts and does not go on PIZZA which contains curdled salted milk a.k.a. cheese.
