So it seems like he's got some type of plea deal which the "valid terms" refers to. So really the best he can do is go full Baked Alaska and accidentally (because Chris is dumb as fuck) say he doesn't accept the deal and was essentially coerced into it. That would be fucking delightful.

Chis gets a retard pass from everyone, everywhere, always. Very rarely in his life did people stood up to him and told him what he does is wrong. Probably the one who did it the most was Snyder. And even the Snyder hearing is a perfect example- Chris just blantly stood up and screamed right in the middle of the hearing.

To be a fly on the wall and see Chris rage in court. I take it this court date will be closed to the general public so whatever happens we won't know unless there's a update on whether his charges will be dropped, updated, or he'll have to spend more time in a mental hospital. If Chris is telling the truth about his mother not being interviewed then does that mean there's no point in Chris saying in jail any longer. Sure I think he's guilty as sin but there's means to keep lock up if the judge is just going to give him a slap on the wrist and release Chris.

I think there was a reporter in the hearing where he sperged about being willing to cooperate with the court if he could secure his toys. Hopefully that guy will show up if it's closed to the public so we can get some insight again.
As for the latter part... If I was the judge/DA/even Heilburg tbh, I'd leave that fucker in there as long as possible. Even if the case was they all knew when he finally did get into court that they would drop it (not saying that's the case, just an example) but he can be held until that date, I'd do it too. Afaik, if it didn't happen in court or on paper there is no way Chris could prove otherwise. Once he gets to court, they can say "lol insufficient evidence. Have a good year Faggot?" And send him on his way.

Chris tends to misconstrue everything he sees or is told to fit his own worldview. I think what more likely happened, especially when he talks about "valid terms", is that Chris was essentially told that he was not yet found guilty, taking that to mean that he'll probably be released soon. He ceratinly never knew or cared about the weight of what he did, and sees jail as an inconvience and nothing more.

I really hope it's a tard house Chris ends up in. That would be hilarious. I imagine the reaction would be very similar to the second jail photo that got leaked.
