Prison Letters (06/27/22) - New Chris Chan Jail Letter - Eels and the Eggman talk about OCs to Chris, Helena will supposedly work with Chris on Sonichu, Chris claims that Heilberg confirmed his returning to 14BLC and that he was never attracted to Bella

Call me autistic, but it's clear, learning from christory, that the tard will indeed go free this month.

He might also return to 'the temple' to find out that his shit is probably gone.

Will he be able to stay there for long... Doubtful.

And if we are talking about public safety. The only one in danger is Barb and I am sure a restraining order would be put in place. Otherwise Chris is not a threat to anyone with IQ above 60 and even then it is easy to just walk away from him.

Sorry boys, prison saga is cancelled. Get your nitters at the ready, here we go...

Think we knew at this point that Chris was going to get released this month, they can't hold him for more than a year on misdemeanor charges and probably weren't gonna bump him up to a felony at this point.

Not sure I believe Chris going back to 14BLC, I guess it could happen if Chris has some plea deal that doesn't include staying away from Barb or even charges dropped(which I doubt). Could this be an indication that Barb isn't returning to 14BLC though? Maybe Chris has to stay away from Barb but thinks he can live at 14BLC cause Barb doesn't live there anymore.

I cannot wait for the 28th, it's gonna be amazing to see what Chris has in store for us all next. I'm voting that he squats at 14BLC and then the sheriff has to physically drag him out after he hedgehogs on the ground.

I’m getting restless waiting for the court date hoping we finally get an answer to the puzzle of what’s been going on. The three key factors are that they’ve held Chris for a year, there currently aren’t rape charges, and Chris alludes to the authorities leaving Barb alone due to her age. I can’t figure out a story that squares with all of these things simultaneously.

I severely discount Chris’s claims about Barb but assume there is a shred of truth that they’re indeed leaving her alone. My guess is that Chris demands they talk to Barb, believing she can just make it go away but the authorities view her like a victim. If she’s as severely incapacitated as Chris says, I cannot believe they wouldn’t add rape charges. They must have something to have kept him so long but I’m struggling to think what that might be at this point given the other details
People often wait a long ass time for a trial if they aren't granted bail. The court system moves slow. It's moved slower since covid. Plus, he was committed for a time. Chris is a retard with no one to advocate for him besides his lawyer who knows he's a raping mongoloid with nowhere to go. He's probably getting time served, or maybe a bit more, if he does in fact have a plea deal coming.

Again, Chris may be getting released, as he's indicating in this letter, but I don't think that means he's going "free". Judging by his talk of "valid terms", Chris will likely be released on parole, meaning that he would have completed his maximum sentence for his misdemeanor, but he will also have to abide by certain rules and regulations, which would usually involve him contributing to society in some way or not commiting anymore crimes, otherwise he risks being thrown back into jail, or in the worse case scenario, he will go to prison.

Agreed, however what you've just said does not contradict my message.

I am also wondering how well would he be able to maintain his freedom. On whatever terms it would be granted to him.

Calling it now: he will end up 'adopted' by the weens and milked for cash until he inevitably fucks up again. And only then homeless saga will begin.

That's likely what will happen, honestly. When the calls were released in the first place, the people involved clearly didn't know how illegal that was in his state, and treated it just as something they could leak. Even now, you have people that genuinely belive Chris did nothing wrong, and that he was "manipulated" into doing this. I get the feeling that he's going to be enabled enough to the point where he does something else entirely stupid.

Short of a miracle, Chris is not returning to 14 BC. Even if Barb has been removed to minimum safe distance, neither his tugboat nor, more importantly, his penchant for burning through the whole thing as soon as he receives it bode well for his paying off the mortgage and other housing bills reliably. Stating the obvious but true.

Also, Helena and Eels both suck shit. Their attempt to form a little circle jerk with Chris is embarrassing. Yeah, sure, there'll be new Sonichu comics with Helena waffling about how she's fucked Magi-Chan and Eels coming up with more half-baked rip-offs of rip-offs. I'm still not entirely sure whether they're closer to enablers or weens, but either way they're crap.

Why do people think he is getting away with anything? he lost a year of his life and it will never be the same. He in now the mother fucker of verginia and may get his shit kicked in because now people see him as a deranged sex pest.
dudeee IF Chris is actually going home, he essentially kicked Barb out of the house, made her someone else's responsibility and gets to keep all the toys/ house to himself. All that for a year in jail (FOR FUCKING HIS MOTHER that he kicked out of the house), where he gets his own cell, free money from weens and all the time to play day time fantasy like he always do anyway. Think about it, his reputation is already in the gutter already, it doesn't matter if people think he is a rapist/ motherfucker, weens will still flock to Chris and give him money anyway. My biggest hope out of all of this is that Chris at least loses the house, so that he actually lose a major anchor point of his life and make him realized that the price was too great for the Barpussy. The only thing I think chris lost throughout this entire year is the lost of his van, thats it. He will probably whine and beg for weens to get him a new car once he gets out. If this scenario is whats going to happen, this is actually a big W for Chris

I'm sure you would be the guy to ask. Is this one open or do we not know? If it's in the main jail thread I apologize but idr seeing it there.

We don't know. You can call the clerk and ask, or you can just show up and ask to be let in, and see what happens. Worst case you wasted the gas driving to Stanardsville.

It doesn't work like that. First of all, "parole" means having part of your sentence suspended *after* you have received the sentence and have begun serving it. This is normally for a felony. Virginia does not have parole for crimes committed since 2000 (except for very specific reasons, like being elderly, or being under 18 when the crime occurred), just good behavior credit.

What is more common is "probation", which is where part or all of your sentence is suspended at sentencing, and, if you behave for a certain amount of time, you don't have to serve the sentence. This is what Chris received in the Snyder and Gamestop cases.

At issue here is that Chris will have already served his entire sentence, so they can't suspend any of it. They can only assign him probation on the part of the sentence he still hasn't served, which is a fine of up to $2,500.

One thing they can do is have him plead guilty on two charges, with consecutive sentences, and have one of the charges completely covered by time served, and the rest suspended. This can keep him on probation, so this may be something they are attempting. Maybe they give him multiple incest charges for multiple events, or maybe they give him a crimes against nature charge for cunnilingus. We can't be certain.

Either way, it will be probation, not parole.

Fucking your mom is only legal in three states (and in one of them it's still illegal to fuck your son, so what Barb did is only legal in two states).

So essentially, Chris will just have to pay a fine?
