I remember finding these videos and then doing what research I could stomach to find out what makes these freaks tick.
I found an article on this community with someone who interviewed some monkey haters. He seemed to get genuine responses and they all seemed to experience visceral disgust when seeing baby monkeys.
The more articulate ones explained it as the uncanny valley effect of them looking like human babies but knowing that they were wild animals with all that comes with it - shitting and pissing, no sense of "morals", being "dirty" and having an uncontrollable urge to hurt/kill them. A few acknowledged it as being fucked up and abnormal but being unable to control it. Quite a few considered themselves animal lovers outside of monkeys and claimed they would never hurt other animals or human babies. I'll try to find it.
