But if it's their software why can't they get results since 1) It's tailored to their needs. 2) They built it, they should know how things work. 3) If it's their focus why did they stop trying to be cutting edge?

In defense of Sana most girls in HL aren't great singers.

I need to hear more of ID3 but as of now with Coco gone there's still only a few in the "soul" tier category of singing:

Ame, Sana, Fauna, Choco, Noel. Council nearly doubled the list.

Then there's ones who uses their character voices as limiters but are usually solid e.g. Pekora, Miko, Korone, etc.
